I am super pregnant and easily annoyed. Attempted to order a pizza on the app for delivery. At checkout it asked for a tip which I entered then after completing realized it was carry out. Was super frustrated, obviously my mistake not paying attention but why would the app ask you to tip if you’re picking it up? So I send in my “complaint” about the app. Well apparently it goes directly to the location, by the time my husband picked up the pizza they gave him the tip back and discounted our order. We had zero complaints about the location and I am horrified if this impacted the location in any negative way at all. They were kind and gracious and we always enjoy our pizza there. Great management and store staff showing a frazzled pregnant lady a lot of grace.

At the two different times I been using this pizza store, once pizza was dry and was like card board, even for thin it should had taste better. Papa John did replace it. Pizza two waiting time was 20 minutes, waited 30 minutes and they gave my pizza to another customer. Manager said he would make me another right now and bring it to me. After I got home I found the pizza to be hot, but it was burned. I may have Papa John’s later but not any time soon. Sorry Papa John’s but you may have lost a good customer

called to place a delivery, ordered five pizzas, so the person on the phone understandably said it may take a while. all five pizzas (as well as cinnamon rolls) arrived in something like twenty minutes. the delivery driver still said sorry for the wait. good altogether experience

Ordered pizza from a dude who sounded stoned and took 15 seconds to reply to anything I said. 40 minutes roll around no pizza. Call to ask where it is and apparently it’s super hard to push the delivery button because there was no record of our order. Decide to just go pick it up when I spoke to the manager she said oh well, maybe the card declined…….
