6.30pm, Monday. Kids Playland was closed, and I had to explain my 4 kids, that somebody is too lazy to open it and keep it clean. Food was OK. My burger was just worm like a room temperature. It’s dirty here. Bathrooms stinky, floor wasn’t cleaned for whole day. Tables were greasy. No ketchup pump here.

absolutely horrible. dining area closed at 8. we arrive at 8:20 but we still saw people inside and an employee wouldn’t let us in. yes, employee. they are extremely short on staff and we had the same guy talk to us at the drive through, make our food, and grab our money. i don’t know, but i might’ve saw another. ordered 3 burgers, and 2 large fries, received: 2 burgers, and the smallest amount of fries. asked for condiments, and got none. all of this took about 10 minutes to make. employee screwed us for about 4 dollars. also, the receipts are barely readable. get a better machine (the drive in is also very narrow, basically almost scratched our car about a billion times)

I asked for a whopper without lettuce because I cannot eat lettuce and a large Coke Nicole cat no ice in. It was totally warm. I got the burger home. It was covered in lettuce. It was slapped together and cold as well and the onion rings were hard as a rock and you can’t call the store because the voicemail is full. I would not go back to rosemount Burger King again the Homie I was just slept together and not even ice in the pop little crazy.

Rude! Rude! Rude! The cashier at the counter was rushing my kids to make a decision, mind you we were not even at the ordering counter yet when she started pressuring us. She was not friendly, and she tried charging us for more than one cup of water after we had already purchased 5 meals for 5 people. Ending up finding metal shavings in our onion rings, and the staff could care less and acted like it was not a big deal. Love burger king, but this location is not even sub par!

My order was wrong. I got fries instead of onion rings. And all my sides were just dumped in the bag. And my marinated sauces were opened and expired. I didn’t realize all this until I got home. And not to mention that the service was not very polite. Absolutely bad experience.

I had some really good food at this Burger King the past two visits. There Whopper meal is both a bargain and tasty. They still have the best French fries. Meal was hot and the drive thru was speedy.

Nothing short of horrified when I decided to play with my young kiddos in the tunnels. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for years. Horrible lack of of proper management to let something like this go.
