Casual and friendly great seafood, chowder and burgers at a very modest price. Also recently added and current “best sellers” are fish tacos and calamari tacos. We make all of our sauces, tartar, cocktail, calamari sauce that goes well with the calamari and the tacos, as well as a lime cilantro sauce that’s great on the tacos and salads. Hope we get to meet you. Best fish n chips around and were told everyday that our chowder is “the best”.

We love monkey business. We visited three years ago on a recommendation from a family member and we were so glad we did. They have made a very comfortable indoor eating experience since the last time we came and it has only made things better. The staff were great, there was good seating and the bathrooms were clean. The clams in the chowder are good sized and so fresh, it is the best chowder on the Oregon coast, no joke.

First time my family and I ate here, and we will definitely be back! Went out for my birthday and decided to give this spot a try on a whim, and no regrets! I had the clam chowder bread bowl, hubby had a garlic bacon burger, kids had a hot dog and chicken strip combo. EVERYTHING, and I do mean EVERYTHING was the best. The fries are to die for as well. Our family of five loved this place! We were so glad we found it. Great atmosphere, delicious food at good prices which we appreciated, good portions sizes, and a very friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is family operated. We saw locals and tourists alike eating a late lunch with us. We enjoyed the shrimp po’boy, the fish and chips, a fish sandwich, and burgers. Everyone loved the fries! Several costumers were eating the clam chowder in a bread bowl which looked amazing! We also had a fun time playing the hook and ring battle on the table. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST lunch at Monkey Business, and AMAZING clam chowder bread bowls – best I’ve ever had! Loved the family friendly atmosphere and the hook and ring games on the tables. Awesome food and great service. Rob was really friendly. He really enjoys what he does. Clam chowder was awesome!! Made from scratch with a touch of bacon so it doesn’t overpower the taste of the chowder. I had this in the bread bowl. The next day I had the fish tacos. They were packed with fish and toppings. I had the green sauce to go with. Yummy. My friend had the Oyster PoBoy sandwich. He said it was “awesome”. So the word “awesome” I think adequately describes our experience here. Enjoy!

Stopped here here after a hike @ South Slough Reserve. Chose this place because we had our dog and they have outdoor seating. Ordered the fish n chips, the prawn n chips and a bowl of clam chowder. Everything was exceptional but the clam chowder was fire. Staff was super friendly and even came out to chat and pet our dog. Will be back for sure, outdoor seating weather permitting
