We just picked up our pizza, all 3 of our pizzas were burnt, it tasted terrible. This is the most horrendous pizza I have ever had and I’d rather make a frozen Jack’s pizza over this any day.

I use to rate Mod Pizza in Greenfield with 5 stars. But it has really fallen off since the pandemic. It just has not recovered. We have gone a few times and they are out of ingredients. They close half the restaurant off so seating is limited. Sometimes the restaurant is just closed with a sign outside saying “sorry” to the customers. We have shown up and along with others had to be turn away because they are only taking cash. All these problems would be understandable if there were no customers. However, that is not the case here. They have plenty of customers that they are just turning away with their poor management.

Its really good freshly baked. No oil in the bread very fresh and crispy. You can add as many toppings as u like. Customer service was good. Followed all the instructions. Beat to dine and eat fresh.

Don’t bother ordering online, they don’t read your order correctly. Actually, it seems like they can’t read at all. We tried to call to let them know our order was wrong, and the phone rang and rang. No choice but to go back and have it remade. The chick at the counter never once apologized, and actually remade the pizza in the same exact wrong way even though we told her it was wrong in the first place. Took over an hour between the two orders being wrong and still wasn’t right. They don’t read nor listen to the customers requests. Do not go here

Pizza was not great, no flavor, no aesthetic, it was very bland. Very “white folk” pizza. You can tell the kids working there don’t like working there, didn’t even try. Could make better pizza at home to be honest.

This would be the worlds longest review if I had to type out everything that’s been wrong with my ONLY and LAST experience at this Mod Pizza. The quality of the food and the people at this location are deplorable. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to wake up. How can a business be aware of so many issues, yet continuously allows customers to spend their money on absolute garbage. All it takes is 2 minutes to read the recent reviews to know you’re likely going to be served literal a*s pizza, if you even get served at all.
