Only in town for a few hours and got recommended this restaurant. Came in 30 minutes to closing and they were still happy to seat us. (I usually do not order food that late with respect to the kitchen). Pizza was great, higher quality mozzarella was noticeable above the usual, low sodium skim milk, mozzarella. Lots of toppings, a quality pizza. The usual, Italian restaurant, food, chicken Parm, chicken Alfredo, and stuffed ravioli had great flavors above what I would expect from a small town restaurant.

Tastefully decorated interior that gives a very upscale feel. The ambiance of the restaurant is very casual and the music selection being played was quite appropriate and not overwhelming to the senses. The hostess was genuinely warm and welcoming. The waitress was very attentive. She was quite comfortable making menu suggestions and even brought out a beautiful desert display to tempt the taste buds towards the end of our meal. Our meal consisted of mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce for an appetizer, lasagna, with a Caesar side salad, my husband had the chicken parmesan with a Broad Street side salad. The appetizer and salads were served quickly. Bread sticks are not offered as a staple item, as is traditional at most Italian restaurants, but as an appetizer for purchase. A single bread stick is served with the meal. The salads were fresh and crisp and the Caesar dressing was good. The mozzarella sticks were quite tasty but the marinara sauce was somewhat bland. The lasagna was put together well, presentation was lovely and professional, yet without a savory sauce, falls short of excellent. The chicken parmesan, was cooked to perfection, with the chicken being moist and easily cut with just a fork, yet once again the sauce left something to be desired. Over all, the meal was good, the price was acceptable, wait staff outstanding, but would really love to experience a savory sauce bursting with the classic Italian herbs and spices, garlic, oregano, and thyme. Definitely will return to try some other dishes.

The staff was great, really nice. Everyone we encountered smiled and made us feel welcome. The pizza was delicious as were the homemade chips!! However, the meatballs were very dry. And the Cajun chicken pasta was somehow bland, with the spices in the sauce instead of blackened on the chicken, and not very much chicken. I will go back for pizza and chips.

Beautiful place, great service. Food is not bad, little pricey for serving size but good quality.

The service was extremely lacking. In all departments. The hostess seemed like we were interrupting her. Our server was nice but not super attentive.

Decided to try something new, three of us chose Primo. Ordered bread sticks and small pepperoni pizza, the other two in the group got the tenderloin with fries and spaghetti and meatballs.

Best draft beer selection in town. I highly recommend ordering the blue cheese chips and grabbing a beer from places like The Guardian, Sun King, and a ton of other great local breweries. Other favorites include the calamari, the salmon (they cook it really well), and my personal favorite the chicken parmesan sandwich. Other friends and family love the tenderloin and the pasta. If you aren’t a beer drinker, have Katie make you an old fashioned (she rocks at it and is a pretty great bartender for being the owner). I also recommend going at lunch and grabbing the Pick 2 with soup, salad, or half a sandwich. It’s like getting Panera only better.
