Always have a great experience at this Hardee’s except for the wait time. But you can pretty much guarantee it’s going to be super hot and fresh! Except for today. I know breakfast is always the busiest time of the day but hot on the outside and cold on the inside is unacceptable. No matter how busy it is or isn’t. Don’t worry, I’ll be back again. One not so great experience does not keep me away!

The food was not the best, but it was ok. So much has changed over the years that I’ve been eating here. They need to tidy up the inside more. The server was great and apologized with a smile. Will not give up on Hardee’s there’s always room for improvement.

Breakfast has been wonderful, when I go! Went through and grabbed dinner tonight, 2/27/2023, and I was given a sorry excuse for a 5pc chicken fingers. All after being asked to pull forward, pretty sure that was to make sure the DT time stayed low during the slow time. Having worked in your Panama City Beach location for 3 years, prior to hurricane Michael, Ms. Dionne would not have let this slide out her window. Thanks!

They are so prejudice and they always have an attitude and they 1/3 lb meat is always raw. I had a horrible experience here. They treated my sister who is a Black Person so wrong they didn’t let her train always over worked her and always belittle her. They let an underage girl drink beer at an after hour event they held December 24th.

38 min. To get two ham sandwiches and 1 double hamburger and 3fries at the cost of 27.00 and some change they never said thank you or come back again. Also drink station in lobby didn’t work I understand they are short of help but service with a smile goes a long way

The drive through is the only thing open. We waited 20 minutes in line to order and another 5 to reach the pick-up window…cars lined up in the road on Hwy 14. At certain times of the day the drive-thru is way too long and frustrating. Seems like something could be done to help the drive-thru move more smoothly during peak hours. But as always, the employees are nice and helpful and the food was hot and good so no problem with that.
