The woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude. She did not wait for me to do anything and hung up on me multiple times. She was not pleasant to deal with and did not give good customer service at all. She had no manners and was hateful from the beginning.

Horrible place with horrible employees. All the prices on line are off by 5 dollars so they say but will not change the prices even though if you order online it will tell you that price and you will pay that price then more when you get there. It’s a scam. when I called the lady she hung up the first time then got agressive and caught an attitude. Would not recommend this place nor would I recommend going near this trash of a place

Way overpriced. Food was bland and flavorless. Had to fix it up at home to make it edible. Ordered a QUART of shrimp lo mein and got a small plastic tray of it, definitely not a quart. The “lady” that answered the phone was extremely rude, hung up on me, and would not correct the order. I will not be ordering from here again. The total was over 60 dollars and the amount of food we got was maybe worth 30 bucks. What a rip off

I am very pleased with my service they were quick and pleasant. I’m not sure if it was an accident, but they threw in a couple cans of soda too!! Haven’t even tried the food yet, but I’ve seen many good reviews and so far it’s been a great experience. Thanks for your hard work!!

Cashew chicken made with peanuts instead? Chicken lo mein made with spaghetti noodles instead? Fried sugar donuts made with Pillsbury type rolls? This place cuts too many corners to save them money, but they sure don’t pass it along to us. Portions are big, but not necessarily what you order. The food is mediocre at best, but passing off cheap substitutions of main ingredients is really poor form. Well, at least now I know–but I’m stuck with a bunch of food I don’t particularly like or want.

I don’t care if she gets grumpy sometimes lol! This woman can cook! And I’m always going back! Besides, I’m not sure any Chinese places are doing delivery anymore and it’s within walking distance of the house AND the delivery apps charge too much and in turn underpay their drivers. The orange chicken is to die for and helps make up for the same dish we are denied because we don’t live close to the nation wide chain that makes it. Get ya some!

They have raised their prices. Food is typical Chinese food. This is the process. Say what you want. And end of order say, “That’s All”. She will say okay and hang up. This is normal, she is not being rude. She is a nice lady. When you get there tell her what you ordered and pay. End of transaction.
