The manager who works there is really really good. One time some lady walked into the shop with her dog like that’s a totally normal thing to bring to a sandwich shop and the manger stopped her right away and was like “we can’t have dogs inside, I’ll bring your order out” and I have never been so happy. This place is run really professionally and it shows. My only complaint is sometimes my online orders take too long… But I’ll take it.

I love it, #7 it is a great sandwich. I will never go to that place across the street, ever again. I don’t get heartburn at Jersey Mike’s, like the other place. Tell Mike I said hello, and I like it Mike’s way, but can you ask Mike to go easy on the lettuce, I didn’t order salad, just the sandwich, a large cream soda and a brownie. Thanks again Mr Mike

The Orcutt location has THE WORST customer service! I have 3 different experiences with rude employees having obvious attitude. Tonight was the worst. I walked in with my two kids, had to wait for the supervisor to be available since the other employee wasn’t able to slice the meat. That was fine with me. We had no problem waiting. The time we were waiting the young lady seemed to be in a bad mood and was giving us a “go away” vibe. The supervisor comes in and they make eye contact. By their body language and looks they gave one another it was obvious they were angry that we were there. They still had 30 minutes until they closed. I dodnt think that would be such a problem. The sandwiches themselves are really good but I decided it wasn’t worth being treated badly just for sandwiches so I told them to forget it. The supervisor made a half hearted attempt to keep us there but really didn’t care. Your employees are ruining your business. I have lots of experience in customer service. I am also never rude or pushy when I go to places. There was no reason to be treated so horribly. Even when you mobile order they practically throw your sandwich at you. So sad!!!!

Walked in with my kids and the place is not busy at all on a Saturday evening. The staff looked like they were making an order which is fine we can wait however there was no greeting, no be right with you, nothing. Shouldn’t say nothing because we did get dirty looks, one girl left to the back and the other seemed to be in slow motion on purpose. Sad really because we like their sandwiches but won’t be back to that location. You can clearly see lack of customer service which sadly even my kids noticed.

Terrible experience. The food is actually amazing and affordable – only reason it’s not 1 star. I eat at Mike’s 2-3 times a month. More than half the time my experience is about the same. As usual, the staff were very poorly trained, one was rude, order accuracy was bad and the touchless payment system didn’t work.

I came inside at 8:45 and two lady’s laughed at me when I asked them to make a sandwich on the grill, they said it’s closed. The lazy workers their were rude, don’t spend your hard earn money on an establishment like this. I recommend going to the one in Santa Maria near Best Buy.

I personally like Jersey Mike’s sandwiches more than some of the other similar sandwich choices in town. I like the deli-sub-style sandwiches (I almost always order the #8) and the food consistency is good. I’ve been here at least 10 times over the past year. Lately the service has been somewhat lacking although the food remains tasty. I walked in around noon on a Saturday recently to an empty store and stood there for literally 2-3 minutes before the person behind the counter even acknowledged that I was there. I almost walked out and went somewhere else. Your customer service should be as consistent as your food quality if you want to do well.
