Dined in on Saturday morning and the place was filthy. All the tables were dirty the floors were filthy. There were bugs splattered on the windows. The seats were covered in grease and trash. The waiter was the only reason this experience was even bearable.

We normally just get take out but decided to dine in. So glad we did I have to say Samantha won us over with her exceptional service. She gave us the best service we have ever received at a dine in restaurant. She was very attentive and kept our drinks full. Give that girl a raise she deserves it. Good job Ms. Lady and we will definitely be returning and will be requesting Samantha as our server.

The food was good. The service not so much . The cook was friendly, no service , the server was kind of rude. The other server stayed on the phone pretending she didn’t even see us or hear us & the other girl there stayed in back with the other two servers. One left leaving us to choke down our food with no drink refill. They never checked on us to see if we needed anything. When we tried to ask for help we were ignored as if they couldn’t hear us. They could clearly hear us they only had our table & two others & one at the counter so not busy.Then when we got to the register the cook was the only one doing anything & we waited to even check out for over 25 minutes with the other servers in the back looking out the little window from the office & they were smiling & laughing for some reason while we waited, if it wasn’t against the law we have only paid half the bill for the food & terrible service we got. I gave 2 stars because the food was good.

Sunny was the best server I have EVER had in this location. She was a pleasure and kept up with the rush like it was slow in there. I was extremely impressed. The cook was AWESOME as well. He made my scrambled eggs better than ANYONE EVER. THEY WERE PERFECTLY FLUFFY. All the food was amazing.

My husband waited PATIENTLY for over 45 mins to place an order to pick up for myself-we are expecting our 1st child in approximately 6 weeks- and himself (starting at 9:25am on a Sunday morning-when locally most ppl are attending church). After all this RUDENESS, he decided to just drive 2 the same location (Whitehorse Rd. In Gville, S.C.). Once in the restaurant, he watched as the “server” hung up the phone —ON HIM! He had kept the call going to track how long they had the audacity to make us wait to place our order! It can be proven with screenshots!
