I visit the Waffle House everywhere around the southeast US. This location is near my house, so I stop by a couple times per year to see if there’s been improvements…there hasn’t been. The food and service are always sub par. I sat at the bar for 20 min, and was never acknowledged while the waitress talked to a group she seemed to like. I eventually left, went home and cooked my own breakfast. Drive a few more miles past this waffle house and visit another location, or go to bob Evans.

What a pleasant experience i had today at this waffle house restaurant. A lady was seated next to us in the lower stool… we were in a good mood enjoying the service of an old lady waitress… the food was great, the place was buzzing with people.. to my surprise the lady setting next to us finished her meal and about to leave.. she said have a good day and your bill has been taken care of!!! I was touched. I had to know this lady we ran after her and asked for her details.. we are planning to get hold of this angel.

As far as breakfast goes, this is the finest boutique cafe in existence. They should consider franchising although, I don’t know if they could find as capable a culinary ensemble.. Michelin 5 star in its future!

Caitlin was terrible. She forgot everything & there were 3 other waitresses on staff with her. There’s only like maybe 8 or 10 people… with 4 waitresses & a cook… there’s not much going on for her to literally forget everything we ordered & then run off in the middle of my sentence like she’s super busy or something. There’s literally about 2 people per waitress…. Just absolutely terrible customer service. Super rude woman.
