My girlfriend went through the drive through today for lunch, when she got home and bit into her sandwich the bread was moldy. Understandably she no longed wants anything for the restaurant so she asked for a refund. She was told they could not do that, they can only remake the order. Will post the mold food when I get home. Just horrible customer service and way to handle a horrible situation. Especially if she didn’t notice the mold and got sick and would’ve needed medical attention. Unbelievable

Don’t understand why anyone has to wait as long as they do for fast food here this particular Hardees. I totally understand if it was busy or short staff but no one was in before me and no one came in behind me as I sat and waited 15 minutes just for some French toast.

Went though the drive though, and got 2 meals, at 645pm, no one in line, no one inside, and got asked to pull up to wait on our food, which is fine, I get the whole drive thru being on a timer, but we waited 16 minutes for our food, and it was cold. The fry’s tasted like they have been out for a while. The sodas were also flat.

This tiny drink with this huge straw was a strawberry lemonade that cost over 2 dollars. Total rip off. My burger was the new jalapeno burger. It was soggy. My fries were cold and old. Very disappointed. Will never come here again.

I strongly recommend not coming here, not sure what problem both the manager Melissa and her basic employee Lynette had this morning. Long story short i placed an online order for breakfast, I don’t live nor do I drive anywhere near this Hardee’s so I called to cancel it,(keep in mind I clicked on the Hardee’s location that was near me) might have been a website error. when I tell you these 2 women gave me the HARDEST time to get a refund it’s completely unacceptable, especially for fast food workers, the fact I had to argue with said employee and the so called manager is beyond unacceptable for customer service, not even counting the amount of times I had to call before someone answered, on top of being hung up on as well several times just to get a refund, of course a customer is going to get irritated and mad, they did not handle it the way your supposed to handle when a customer is upset, every time I tried to give information pertaining to what happened or to give my card information they’d cut me off to argue or just hang up, I have already talked to corporate. Will never go to a Hardee’s ever again.

I always start to review, then I talk myself out of it, since I’ve been a Hardees fan for decades. This place is just bad and keeps getting worse. #1 Cheeseburger, NO tomatoes, NO lettuce please, medium with a Coke. Simple order. Get asked to repeat, confirm, and it gets repeated to me at the window.
