Out of most drink options at 10:30 am. Ordered a Cajun fillet biscuit, received a sandwich. Bun was hard as a rock, chicken soggy. Seemed like it was a day old. Staff could have not have cared less. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worth driving 15 minutes to the next closest one.

They never listen!! Service at one point was very good but they treat u like u supposed to come there and they give u whatever they want u to have verses what u ordered. It’s always dirty in there and drive thru is always rude! Never coming back there

I was just in this Bojangles on Northwest boulevard, and the employees ignored me for 15 minutes. I went to the drive-thru first, play told me I would have to come inside, I went inside and the three employees went to the back office and ignored me. There were no customers there.

Not a place I would visit again. The inside was closed and the food I received was warm at best. The cashier could not do simple math when I gave him $20.00, for two orders that totaled $17.56. If your hungry and just need to eat, go for it.

The cashier that took my order was wonderful, however when I got home I discovered that I did not get ANYTHING that I ordered. I ordered a cajun filet biscuit combo with tea and a potato pie, I received cajun chicken tenders with Sprite and no pie.
