Very rude girl that was the drive thru! Also I repeat myself like 5 times and they still getting me a wrong order! Definitely they need to check on their staff cause it’s clearly not working how they should! I ask her to add some coconut milk on my coffee and they told me that they couldn’t do that.

I went in today around 11am to purchase a dozen donuts for an elementary school party. The case was pretty empty as they had had a busy morning, but there were still plenty of donuts that kids would like, and I laughingly told that to the nice lady helping me. The wonderful woman at the counter not only put tons of sprinkles on the donuts that I ordered that didn’t have them, but put more sprinkles on the donuts that already had them, to make them extra special for the kids. THEN she gave me something wonderful to surprise the teacher with as well! I was so moved by her kindness and thoughtfulness, and the whole class is grateful – I hope her week is as amazing as she made ours.

One day I came in and I asked for a large iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. And then I ordered a large iced latte with vanilla and I think my iced latte got all of the vanilla and the iced coffee didn’t have anything but cream and sugar… And then another day I came in and I asked for an iced coffee with only one pump of the mocha chocolate with cream and sugar there was so much chocolate at the bottom of my cup I really really doubt it was just one pump… Overall customer and service seems to be very good and they talk to their customers very politely..
