So I used to work here. Great owner with drive, vision, work ethic, and common sense. But um, I just had the worst customer service experience of the last 6 months. I came in to ask about buying a blt pizza (they’re back) and the “girl” who looked to be the permanently offended type, acted exasperated that I asked if they had any specials on the pizza, then her (respectfully) identity above all co worker stepped in because “he” saw she was being rude, and wanted to pretend it was me. Because they were weird with attitudes, I just decided to get a couple slices for $6, and the “guy” picked the oldest and smallest piece they had after looking through a bunch, and I know because I made him show me the other slices. I was still friendly, and I don’t care about identity and have all kinds of friends. But I asked for a little Cajun powder, and I honestly fear dude might have spit on my slice for literally no reason. He then thanked the guy standing next to me, and completed the completely weird experience. I was very welcoming to customers when I worked there, and would have been just as friendly to these two. They shouldn’t work in customer service. They lost a $30 sale not wanting to answer questions on price (the girl more) and acted offensive towards me. Hopefully they figure out how to discern friendliness from other behavior and learn to get “offended” and frustrated when people are NOT kind and respectful towards them.

They make a decent pizza but I’ve had no luck using discount coupons they send to my house. Twice I attempted to use my five dollar discount to no avail, the price remains the same. We have been going there for years but that will now end since they don’t honor their advertising and discounts.

Jets pizza is one of the best pizzas in the world, if not the best. I have been enjoying Jets for 3 decades. I have been visiting this particular location for two decades and it’s always good. Jets is almost a must-have for every time that I visit Michigan.

One of the worst JET’S pizza I’ve been to in a long time stopped in because I stay around the Corner from this place so I go in nobody greets me keep looking at the menu mind you it’s like 5 guys and 1lady working and not 1 of them said 1 word to they all were very rude 1st and last time in here the pizza hut on Hall Rd is better anyway

Called to order the same pizza i order every single time. The guy on the phone didnt know what “Feta cheese” was… gave the phone to his manager who was also confused on what Feta was. Got home with my pizza. No feta cheese on my pizza but i was charged for it. Might need to train these guys on ingredients they have in the store.

After having looked at many catering options, I ordered food for a small event. The pizza was exceptional. The Bacon, chicken ranch pizza received rave reviews from my friend who can’t have tomatoes. The service I received for my phone order was exact, professional (and patient when I had to change my order a couple times). Everyone thought the pizza was great. The food was delivered on time to my home and exactly as ordered. I will be using Jet’s again for my catered needs.
