We arrived at about 11:10 a.m., just before the morning rush. Our order was taken quickly and our food delivered quickly. The sandwich was hot and tasty. The waffle fries were not as crisp as I anticipated but they were good. Our food and drink was delivered to our table. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The bathrooms were neat and clean. We will return to this store again and recommend it to others.

I asked for a menu and the employe acted like it’s the end of the world. Then wait in line for 45 min just to receive an order that is missing items. It’s fine to be missing sauce but a whole meal is something else. Employees are to busy to talk to you about the missing items. Try calling and it goes directly to voice Mail. Very poor customer service which is unheard of for a chick-fil-a.

There were 2 lines. I was in outside lane. I bet there were 20 cars that were waited on in the inside lane and drove on by. My lane just sat there for 25 minutes. When I finally got to order and asked about the problem, the girl said there was a problem with an order. For Pete’s sake, they should have them pull out of line to correct mistake instead of making my lane wait. I was very late for an appt because of this. This happened on August 21- 2023.

I order catering for pick-up from this location at least once a month. I am always very specific about the time that I need to pick it up. It is hardly ever on time. Today, I requested that it be ready by 11:20a. I did not leave with my order until 12:00pm. For an order placed a week in advance, it was disappointing that I had to bring my boss’ lunch back over 30mins late.

Delivery is consistently bad. Food being missed and choices being ignored. Asked for no ice and got extra ice, asked for sauce and got none, also missing items for food. It’s like they throw something in a bag and hope you don’t notice. I’m fine paying the delivery fee if they could actually get the order correct

There breakfast is cheaper than McDonald’s, at least their chicken biscuits are and hash browns . It tastes better too. Only one time did their biscuits have a off smell like an oily smell and went daily for a couple of weeks during dashing. The parfait though is expensive haha and wished they had the option to order just the yogurt without fruit because my daughter couldn’t eat anything from here and we had to go to McDonald’s for her because they wouldn’t make one without fruit even after telling them it’s all she could eat due to medical issues. Although they are busy this chester location is so fast that it’s not hard to get food when you go inside and it’s not long of a wait. They don’t serve hot coffee which would be nice especially decaf options.

We stopped for lunch on the way back from Liberty. It was crazy busy. We used the app to place our order and found a table inside after navigating the parking lot ( parking is the biggest challenge ). The team inside the restaurant were performing on Nascar speed. The food was delivered to the table, w/o issues, the chick fil a standard! See you next trip to LU!
