If I could give a lower score I would went there last night ordered a white chicken general tsos combo with shrimp fried rice which I was charged extra for only to get home and find dark meat and pork fried rice and an ice cold uncooked egg roll

CHARGES FOR ITEMS YOU DID NOT ORDER. Have had to call my credit card company twice to remove fees after temple star refused to refund me. Didn’t want to go back after the first time but got outvoted… won’t let myself get scammed again though

UPDATE: I tried this place one more time. Figured why not – everyone deserves another chance. WRONG! My online order came to $20. The delivery driver showed me a receipt for $23. I showed him my online receipt and that I was not giving him an additional $3. He practically threw the food at me and started cursing me out and degrading me! I called the restaurant immediately. They apologized on their driver’s behalf and offered some discounts. No thank you, Temple Star. You deserve to be out of business at this point.
