I got the vegetarian Hawaiian dog and the Chicago dog. My daughter ate the regular beef hotdogs (chili cheese and the bbq coleslaw). We got the Cajun fries and regular fries with a side of cheese sauce to share.

Old school hot dogs! They got em in all of styles found in major cities across the US. I had 2 NY style, paying homage to my roots and they held up the honor! They serve their dogs on a piece of toasted white bread, folded up, so it’s both interesting and it also holds the contents of the dog well. Enjoy!

We visited randomly looking for a good hotdog. Found a few styles to try and liked them all! Chatted with the owner for a bit and returned the next day to try more. Definitely prefer these style hotdog buns over the typical grocery store bun, too! Toppings are piled high, fresh or prepped upon order. He said he’s usually busy over the lunch rush, so after 2 pm is nice to stop by and take your time to try a few at your own pace.

Hot dogs are phenomenal, I’ve had almost every dog including an option not currently on the menu and have not have a bad food experience yet… super friendly an treat their customers respectfully… food comes out quick and always hot. I highly recommend doggystyle to everyone!!

The older gentleman sitting behind the counter was incredibly friendly & menu was very informative. My son and I are pretty basic so I just got a regular dog w/ ketchup & mustard combo & my son got the same, just mustard. My boyfriend, however, opted for something with beef chili, relish, pickles, and some other things. All of this was so delicious! The sweet toasted bread, the dog, and the most perfectly cooked & salted French fries ever. It was truly a treat! Maybe it was just the time we were there but they were practically empty, only one other gentleman in the store. We are on vacation, so when I asked the gentleman behind the counter for some recommendations, he was very, very helpful & sweet! The only reason atmosphere was given one less star is because the music was a little too loud in the restaurant. Wish we lived here tho because we would be regular customers!

I don’t think I’d go again. They sell themselves as a gourmet hotdog place which is cool but they don’t deliver. The meat seemed cheap and tasteless. It’s the kinda hotdog you might get at a kids birthday party. They didn’t necessarily taste bad, but with all the great food around Sarasota, I’d pass on this place.

We were in the area getting food from another vegan place but saw that these guys have a vegan options and well as a dedicated plant based foodie I had to at least try one. Took one for the team lol.. besides the fact they have a vegan option I was nicely surprised that price dropped a few cents for it.( a rarity in the vegan and plant based arena ).
