I haven’t been to a KFC in forever. And today I was in McDonald’s parking lot but didn’t want that again, so I downloaded the app and ordered. The KFC was just across the street so I waited in the designated area until the app said my food was ready. I went inside the newly renovated space and it was gorgeous . So sleek and clean and bright but still warm and inviting. They did a good job.

My family and I ordered takeout, we were in the drive through, when we were at the pickup window there was a line. We were the third car in the line, they had some the fourth car park to prevent the drive through line from getting too long.

Just left the Kfc in Stafford. The guy working the register was very friendly and so nice. Our food was ready within 5 minutes as well. The biscuit was amazing. I got a famous bowl and I loved that as well! Definitely 5 stars from me!

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and asked them to be sure the sandwiches had the spicy sauce as the last time they did not put any sauce on it. I asked for 1 spicy sauce pack for the sandwiches and she wanted to charge for that which none of the other KFC stores ever gave me a problem with. Upon receiving the sandwiches I check them and well the sauce was very light.

I normally don’t write reviews on establishments, but in this case I will. I went inside KFC placed an order for a two piece meal. I know I told the young lady the type of chicken I wanted. After I placed my order my food was ready within a minute or two. To make a long story short the chicken was horrible. I called requested to speak with the manager. I explained to her I came inside to place my order. She asked me if I had a receipt I replied the receipt was not in my bag. She informed me there wasn’t anything she could do mostly placing all the blame on me. I had to throw away that disgusting skinless greasy so called KFC chicken. Neer again will I give them my business and neither should you.!!!!!

I’ve gone to this location 4 times in the span of a month to pick up food for my wife. Each time they had no chicken ready, despite being a chicken restaurant. Each time waiting 15+ minutes (one time was 40 minutes).

This is probably the single worse fast food restaurant I’ve gone to, placed an order at 9pm for 9:20 pick up. I arrived at 9:30 for the order and was told they’re still waiting on the chicken. I was told there was a 13 minute wait. Showed back up 15 minutes later and somehow there is still a 7 minute wait.

What is the point of ordering online through their app if it doesn’t cross over and they have to manually push it!?! DoorDash waited 30 mins and it wasn’t even ready. I called and they just saw it and pushed it forward to be put together.
