Some of the food is delicious. Don’t get the wings, because they’re undercooked. They also just don’t have enough employees to keep up with all the orders. You have to wait too long for your food & then they keep messing up your order. It just takes too long to get everyone fed. It’s not their fault I blame the owner! They need to be held accountable for having too small of staff. There are ONLY 3 employees! Also the new mocha shake tastes weird & not right so don’t get that!

Way Overpriced, very small burger, lady at front counter was rude and rushed us. Food tasted like slightly better McDonald’s, but portions made it not worth it. Honestly for these prices just go to five guys and get an actual smash burger. Also don’t believe the signs advertised on the front windows of the restaurant, the lady will get mad if you mention them because they don’t actually have them.):

I was at this location 6-21-2023 around 1pm. All the employees are Latino so ordering is difficult because order taker does not understand much English at all. She kept repeating the wrong item I ordered. I kept saying over and over that’s not what I’m ordering which was the double Carolina burger and she kept saying Colorado! After finally getting her to understand my order she got the right order placed. Then when my burger came to my table I noticed no BBQ sauce was on the sandwich. I went to ask if BBQ sauce is supposed to be on sandwich. She said yes and mustard. Mustard?? There was no sauce or mustard on the burger. I asked her to give me sauce but no mustard to put on burger or if I should bring it up to have them put on sauce. She said we will remake the order? I said no ma’am I want this just to have the BBQ sauce added. They kept making the new burger. Finally I took the burger up to the window and once again said please just put on some BBQ sauce on here. She said she didn’t understand from the beginning what I was asking. That’s when I got frustrated and said this is America. Learn the language. She responded I know this is America. I told her if she cannot take orders correctly or understand customer requests she should not be taking orders or working there.

Ordered two avocado bacon club burgers and sweet potato fries, and there was no avocado or cheese on either burger, and the other toppings were so meager that it was basically a plain hamburger. But don’t worry we added our own ketchup….Probably not going here again.

Got food delivered on this nice sunny day and decided to get a milk shake as well. As I’m drinking it I find a piece of paper got blended into my shake halfway through drinking it. I mean the flavor is great, the food was great but now I’m not so sure about getting a shake from there unless it’s in person.

Terrible experience. Drove an hour to give it a try. No ice and warm soda. Broken bathrooms and torn cushions at the tables. Wings were overdone and 15 mins later than the burgers. Shake was watery.
