This is my second time at this location and I absolutely love this location. My friend and I initially came here due to their open lobby because we prefer to eat in and get out of the house because the location closer to my house doesn’t always have their lobby open. Ordering food was fine, at first service was great. And then I went to fill my Coke and the machine spit out water. Inquiring about getting it taken care of I was told 3 people in the building didn’t know how, or at least that’s what I got out of the language barrier. I asked if they had the product and I only got shrugs and and weird hand gestures. Fine I’ll get root beer. But hey no lids, the fountain station was a mess, and not stocked. I was the only customer. Once I started eating I noticed my onion rings that are normally undercooked at every burger King, these were over cooked and hard.
