We are El Balcon groupies and this was our first time here at Glades Rd location. Luis took excellent care of us! This venue is beautiful! Clean and modern. Camilla also checked in on us, what a sweet heart! My favorite part, besides the arroz con pollo, was the love violinist! Great atmosphere.

The server, Luis, was very patient with us when we were indecisive, however, failed to refill water, even after walking past our table multiple times, and was not very attentive, so each time I needed something, I had to flag him over. I ordered the milanesa de pollo and it was very tasteless and lacked any seasoning or flavor. I tried to add pepper, salt, lime, chimichurri, and even ketchup and it didn’t help with any flavor. The prices of this restaurant are also extremely expensive, such as $6.59 for a glass of orange juice.
