We came here on a weeknight well past rush time & while only a few other tables occupied but it took forever to even get seated. The bartender came up to us after a while and told us that she would get the hostess. The hostess finally sat us by waving at a booth with a rude “I guess you can sit here”…no menus, silverware or even eye contact. Finally our waitress came out after over 30 min of waiting with still not so much as a drink menu. Her service is friendly at least but it takes about 30 minutes for her to check on us each time. So between drinks, ordering food, the food coming, waiting on the check, etc we were there for 3 hours for what should have been a 45 min meal. The food was good but expensive, especially for the small portions. The atmosphere was ok but you can tell they are trying to present themselves as higher class than they actually are. Charging more for food and roping off a couch doesn’t in and of itself make a place classier. I’d choose normal speed service and decent portions every time. They also overcharged us on our drinks despite the drink menus being dirty and covered in multiple attempts at raising the prices already. Overall, you can find far better places to eat for this price point.

The service was fantastic and the waitress was very friendly. The food was okay. All the appetizers (fries, sweet potato fries, and goat cheese teuffle) came out burnt. Appetizers came out after the food. Atmosphere is nice!

It was late when we walked in – 8pm. For as few guests seemed to be in the restaurant, it was a little slow getting served, but when we got it, DELICIOUS!!

The service was absolutely horrible. Very slow. Not once did our server check on our group. No water refills. We sat on the patio & had to go inside to the bar to order drinks and find our server to order our meals.

Our server was Maddox. He was EXCEPTIONAL. The food and drink options were great including vegans/vegetarians. It was disappointing discover outdated menus where food and drink items were no longer offered as well as some items increased by $3-5. Our party of 5 was also charged 20% gratuity. It was corrected after “Hope” let her staff know she just “didn’t have time to argue”. No one was arguing with her. It was respectfully pointed out and we just asked for it to be corrected.

Appetizers were good, but that’s pretty much where it ended. We waited over an hour for food, despite it not being busy. Our main meals were lackluster and cold by the time they arrived. The kicker was after the 4 of us were finished eating we saw two friends there who came over to chat, and when we got our bills they added a 20% charge to all three couples for a “large party.”

Ordered to go off of the menu they have on line. First time getting this and the menu is outdated a lot not on it. Had to redo what we were going to eat. Showed up they said 15-20 mins I showed up pry half hour still wasn’t ready. Got it home and my steak was not cooked correct had salad and mashed potatoes that were nothing special . She had the salmon which was over cooked and dry. 60 plus tip for 2 entrees no drinks plus I tipped close to 10. Not servers fault. So 70 for something that Texas Roadhouse does better for way cheaper. Very expensive for what you actually get. Very sad was excited to try something new. The mark was missed here.
