Our waiter Jordan was exceptional! We called ahead to make sure they were open & had a very friendly person on the phone. The food was so yum! The veggie stromboli was crispy on the outside & gooie on the inside. The veggies were cooked perfectly. The garlic bites were very doughy & delish. My friend asked for them without parmesan cheese, so typically it has that. We also had drinks. They have a full bar that you can even sit at! There are no vegan options other than soup or salad, but our waiter really tried to help mitigate best they could. We went after 10pm & it was still pretty busy, but comfortable. I felt like I was the only one there.

we eat here often, but lately the whole experience has been horrible. Even putting in a delivery order was a nightmare from.the girl taking my order not having any idea what we were talking about and rude as hell then after the hour long wait the driver finally showed up, proceeded to give us the wrong order( which she immediately came back and corrected) then we get our food and realize we paid 43 dollars after tip for burnt Stromboli thats so greasy and soggy on the bottom and burnt on top, and a “greek” salad that’s totally just a box of lettuce and the dressing was plain oil. when I call to complain im scoffed at because I don’t want to wait another hour to have another order sent to us again he gave us a credit for the same thing but made sure to be rude as hell to me and hang up on me when I asked his name again so I know for next time I come in. I’m so disgusted by the way we were treated I will definitely not eat there sgain

We are sad this place got bought out. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. My husband and I loved the happy hour. Whatever new management just doesn’t have any idea how to run a business. I never post negative reviews unless it is consistently not good. I hope the new owner figures it out and starts listening to the employees. They’ve been there since the beginning and they know how this business works! We love the service there, it’s always been fantastic but I hope for them they can leave and get into somewhere that takes better care of them and the customers. I’d hate to see Broadway go under but that’s the direction it’s heading at this point.

Overall good experience. Waited a while to be served but our waiter worked hard and made sure we had everything we needed. Food is alright, the Sicilian pizza is very tasteful, the margherita traditional pizza was good. My boyfriend ordered meatballs for appetizer and it came in a big portion and it was tasteful. There is a bar indoor and outdoor plenty of space to sit. Tables were a little dirty though and unorganized.

Not sure what happened here. This used to be our favorite late night pizza joint, but tonight’s pizza was just terrible. It looked and tasted like frozen pizza. The crust was barely baked through, the sauce was tasteless and barely covered the pie. On top of that, I had to cut my own pizza. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if I wasn’t expecting the quality that used to be Broadway Pizza. Giving three stars in the hopes that this was just an off night and not an overall deterioration of quality.

Well last night was interesting.. My friend and I went in around 11:30pm and let me start by saying that on google, it has your hours of operation until 2AM. I am a general manager of a restaurant so I would never dine in somewhere that closes in 30 minutes. However, the kitchen staff was shouting and screaming saying “go anywhere but here, time to go home” etc. It was super uncomfortable and awkward because we did not know that they closed at 12am. Our server was PHENOMENAL, and he apologized on behalf of the kitchen staff. They could definitely use a good coaching on customer service. We immediately got our check and left after the constant shouts from the kitchen. Like I said, your hours say 2am so we didn’t do it on purpose.

Had a very large group which we called ahead for. Ordered all the food at the same time, but it did not come out at the same time. Half the group was done before the children even got their food. And then also had to remake a couple things because they did not make it to how we ordered it. Food was good, chicken tenders are very dry. Sicilian pizza is very good, regular pizza was just ok. Bit more expensive than olive garden but not the taste of olive garden.

The food is always amazing. However, the service can be hit or miss. I’ve visited dozens of times, so I can safely say the service varies from day to day. One night, I called to place an order for delivery, and the employee straight-up lied to me. She said they don’t deliver and they were actually closed. It was a little after 9pm when I called, and Google said they close at midnight. Not to mention, I KNOW they deliver because I’ve had it done before! It was very bizarre and put us off Broadway for a while.
