Had to try the new Chicken Diablo Sandwich and diablo fries so we stopped in after leaving Reload Gun Range. The staff was friendly and nice. I wanted to try a few of their sauces but unfortunately most of the sauces were empty. The chicken sandwich wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. It’s a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. I’m all for sweet and spicy but almost always its too sweet or not enough sweetness and for me, this was too sweet. It was spicy so I enjoyed that. The chicken piece was wide but very thin, more breading than chicken. The fries were meh, the barbecue relish on top but the rest of the fries underneath were plain. I’m glad I tried the Diablo Deal but I won’t be doing it again. My dad said he liked the Reuben sandwich he got.

Excellent, immaculate, friendly Arby’s location. Conveniently located directly on the southbound side of US 19 in Tarpon Springs. This Arby’s is a little more difficult to access if traveling northbound on US 19 (Most likely a U-turn will be necessary). I have visited this location several times, utilizing the drive thru service window during the pandemic. On the most recent visit, my partner and I enjoyed our lunch in the dining room. The dining room and service counter area were completely clean and well maintained. The staff associates taking our order were so very nice and polite to both of us, as well as all the customers. We both ordered our favorite Arby’s meal, the Beef and Cheddar! Delicious! It was served fresh and hot! We both also enjoyed the curly fries and soda beverage. The service was quick and efficient. This Arby’s location is updated and features the new interior and exterior design and features. There is plenty of parking if dining inside and an efficient drive thru window for easy take out. My partner and I were very impressed with this Arby’s location and we will return often! Delicious food and excellent customer service! I highly recommend Arby’s in Tarpon Springs!!

Horrible. Manager at night today 8/25/2023 was awful. We had 2 mobile orders via the Arbys app $25 worth for one and around the same for the other and it was picked up in the drive thru. Several Items left out of both orders. Call the manager asked her about it she said come get ur drinks and blamed the person who picked them up, I said I live 20 to 25 minutes away so I can not do that. I said also it was picked up in the drive thru so they should have been given the drinks, she says oh well not my problem don’t deal with on line orders and then hung up on me then stopped answering the phone. Horrible and rude and will never go back. I do not know how she’s even a manager. Who acts like that. We deserve refunds on both our orders, this behavior was not right at all.

If I could leave negative stars I would EVERY TIME we come here they either give us the wrong order or don’t give us the food at all. Called and got hung up on multiple times the girl did not explain anything until I called 10plus times said she was a Manager but refused to give me her name refused to let me speak to anyone else.

We had stopped to grab a sandwich on our way home. We hadn’t eaten anything since that morning. It was just before dark yesterday, Mother’s Day, and my boyfriend and I were starved. We went through the drive through and ate it in the parking lot. With in a half hour I started getting pains in my stomach. We went and layer down and in a couple hours running for the bathroom. Without being graphic, I spent the rest of the night sitting on the toilet and vomiting in a waste basket. Thank goodness we have 2 bathrooms! We were both sick! This morning I called to speak with the manager who was very defensive and dismissive. She said everything was made fresh and it was handled appropriately by employees. I said well something was wrong because we both got sick! She said well I will make a note of it and see if anyone else gets sick and calls her. She never even asked for my name or anything, so how could it be properly noted and documented. How do I know anyone else didn’t call and she dismissed them the same way? I don’t know if I will ever be able to eat at a Arby’s again!

Here on vacation , stopped for lunch on our hour and a half drive. Spent $58. My card was charged twice , guy told me “no way” and got the manager , showed her my app she cash refunded. Awesome. I double checked the order at the speaker and window. Ordered 1 sm meal 2 md meals and extra sandwiches sides of cheese 1 lg drink and cheese sticks. got 1 lg 3 md drinks all small fries. No cheese sauces , my beef n cheddar had some sweet red sauce ALL OVER IT. Bottom bun completely soaked and soggy . cheese sticks smelled and tasted like straight fish . complete waste of money and 25 minutes , IN THE DRIVE THRU. Never ever again .

Just sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and even though I was the only customer, my fries were absolutely drenched in grease and they were floppy/undercooked. My coke was also all but flat and my sandwiches were an absolute disaster. More stuff rolling around in the wrappers than between the bread. My first job was in fast food and normally I don’t complain, but that was a big swing and a miss. I go to places like Arby’s and not McDonald’s to try to avoid this stuff. Haven’t had a problem with this location before but that’s probably the last time I’ll eat there. Unfortunate at best

The store is always been good with them always having the food correct and fast for an Arby’s. I give the managers a thumbs up. Store was very clean and the line moved fast at lunch time. PS the manager who just had her birthday is pretty cute. LOL great experience

Every time I come in, it’s always a wonderful experience and the bell gets rung on the way out. Staff is so friendly and chat with you as you wait. They take care of you and ensure your order is accurate before you leave. I actually prefer going inside.
