Very disappointed, lobster was on the menu, and they haven’t had it in forever according to the bartender, so update your menu! Not super impressed, cheese dip was bland, and blackened tuna tacos (supposed to be rare) were well done and chewy, almost microwaved tasting. The “mango” salsa was 3 pieces of mango and a ton of diced tomatoes. The fish made me feel really bad, unfortunately I left physically ill! Shredded chicken and crispy pork skin (actually very soggy) tacos.

We ate there last night for the first time, and will definitely go back. The owner and staff were very nice and accommodating. They had an interesting menu, all the standards plus more interesting offerings. We loved the taco salad, and the house margarita was really good. Also enjoyed the nachos with carnitas. Prices were good.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in town! You MUST try the Avocadorita from the drink menu. Food wise I would recommend the guacamole enchiladas, shrimp platter and beef fajita nachos. The chips and salsa are always fresh and tasty. They have a full bar and it’s a great place to watch a game. I always have a good time when we go to Mi Casita!

We waited five minutes for anyone to even greet us after walking in the door with a reservation. Chips and salsa tasted store bought. Margarita was average. Food was bland and not even close to warm. It was not very busy at the time, and only 2 servers for the entire place. Never going back

I’ve loved this place for many years; always a stop after a day in either Aspen or Glenwood Springs. Good enchiladas, generous portions, and nice staff. The salsa is to die for!! Reasonable prices (about 15 per person), plenty of parking all around the building.

Great food, consistent service, I have eaten here 8 times. Haven’t felt sick or unhappy after eating here. Always satisfying, and they have super hot green salsa if you ask for it!

I was in town by myself, sat at the bar, and received good service. The house marg was good (not great – but good like most house marg’s would be). Ordered the fried fish taco and the al pastor taco and both were very good and big enough to fill me up. The fried fish taco was actually one of the best I’ve had. It was hot and crispy and they served it with a whole filet of fish rather than smaller pieces. I would definitely come back next time I’m in town. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I reserve those for really great places when I’ve had more of the menu than what I had here, but I expect with future visits they might be worth it.

Great place with great food. They will accommodate people with dogs on the patio. Very good service. We will try to make this one of our regular stops when we are up in the Carbondale area. We must apologize for our dog being a little grumpy.

I have never had a good meal at Mi Casita. My roommate loves their food but I think it’s awful, and the times (2) that I’ve been there, the place was so loud, I had to shout at my companions across the table.

We were excited to try this place out. My black tuna tacos where great, but were not the lettuce wrap style I ordered. The kids cheese quesadillas weren’t even appealing to my kids or husband. My husband’s said taco bell makes more flavorful crispy ground beef tacos. Refried beans were decent but the guac looked like it came from a tub. For $70 we ate $20 worth of food.
