So disappointed in this meal. Ordered General Tso Chicken, Boneless BBQ Ribs, and Fried Dumplings. Everything tasted like shortening and a greasy taste.can’t get this taste out of my mouth. This place was always my go to.

I just ate the worst Wonton Soup I ever had. Just waiting to see how my body is going to react to it. I wish I read some of the reviews before going here. Was just getting Wonton soup, how bad can you mess that up. It had a funky smell to it upon opening the container. Besides the food, I had a 10 year old take and prepare my order . What is that? The older woman was shouting in Chinese every few seconds and was not polished at the front counter. I had a bunch of red flags that should have turned me away but I ordered anyway. Never Again.

The best Chinese food in the area. It’s amazing to me that places like Hunan Taste (Denville) get rated so highly (top Chinese in NJ — you gotta be kidding me), but the gems like this place are not. If you want to pay for ambience (fish tanks), go for it. We prefer to pay for food quality. We almost always get the family deal for four which is extremely reasonable for what it includes. Now that the kid is in college, we can order this deal for a long weekend and not have to worry about cooking a thing. Extremely recommended.

Delivered the wrong food multiple times and whoever answers the phone has no manners. They’re quick to call you for an up charge but have no problem sending you the wrong food if it saves them a few pennies. Horrible mentality.

This is one of the best Chinese takeouts we ever had! We have ordered from China GARDEN for years. We have tried many different things on their menu and everything has been delicious!
