First time visiting today. Without exaggeration the most tender chicken I’ve ever had. Almost mashed potato consistency. The bbq sauce that came with the sandwich was good I just like a tangy sauce, but that doesn’t mean you won’t like it. The red mashed potatoes were perfect. I didn’t need to add any salt/pepper or butter. Potatoes like that aren’t easy to accomplish. Pickles were good too. It is a slightly generous portion for the price. Not to much and not too little. It is a smaller place but it seems like they are trying really hard with what they have to work with to make an impression. I didn’t have a chance to check out the patio. The only thing I could criticize is the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work and they have too many odor eaters in there. Service was on point. Good luck to you guys! Everything was absolutely amazing. Everything was made with love! I ordered 1/2 a chicken, 3 sides, 2 muffins, and a slice of cake. I also threw in a lemonade. Enough to feed two adults and a toddler under $30 bucks. I am eating leftovers today and they taste better than the day before. The staff was amazing… nice and sweet. You could tell they took the food prep seriously as they prepared each item with care. It’s really great to have homemade food that’s well seasoned and made with such pride nearby. Can’t wait to go back. Worth every single cent!

Ordered Picnic Box – Full slab of ribs cut up-lots of meat & well cooked. Cole slaw husband said was nice & tender & good taste. Loved the baked beans not a lot of pepper or garlic-so it appeals to everyone. Potato salad was good could use a smidge of onion? Corn muffins are wonderful with honey butter.

Love this BBQ place. Hot links are the best! They have the best pulled chicken sandwich. There sides are all top notch. The cream cheese and spinach and there coslaw are the best. Everything I ever had from Sharkos was fantastic!!

My family ordered takeout over the weekend and it didn’t disappoint. I had the pulled pork slider with shark bite sauce (sweet and spicy), and a side of mac and cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection. The sauce wasn’t overly sweet or spicy and the mac and cheese was creamy. I’d gladly order from here again.

We were entertaining last minute for dinner, and decided on ordering out BBQ Ribs, but instead of the usual BBQ places close to us, decided to try Sharko’s based on the reviews on the Web, as the BBQ places in our area (Darien, Westmont, Willowbrook) all had recently been given negative reviews. Sat. morning talked w/Justin@Sharko’s who was soo helpful re. their products and how many ribs to order for a dinner of 8 people. We picked up the order and it was HOT, on time and nicely packaged. Got a full slab of BBQ Ribs per person and it was MORE than enough – everyone loved the ribs; tender, moist, and flavorful – they gave us a bottle of their Sassy sauce which is on the sweet side but tasty, and some of their spicier sauce! We will be counting on Sharko’s in the future – loved them! Would recommend!

The food is still very good, but it’s really hard to like the food when you can’t eat it right there at the restaurant while it’s hot. It’s not the kind of place to come in winter or a rainy day. I really tried to sit through it at the tables outside on a hot summer, but the enjoyment is taken right out of it.
