This location is always a great place to come for lunch. Food is always hot and fresh and employees are always friendly. Penn station is usually good but it has gone down lately because of the workers… Beware of the Cincinnati area Kenwood Galleria store. While the girl at the front cash was nice enough, the lemonade tasted bad and the 2 men cooking made the food horrible. It was so bad it was like a prank. I was only able to eat the small fries.

Literally moaned when I got to my car and bit into my sub!! I was only s’posed to eat half! The gentleman who greeted me and helped prepare my sandwich had me smiling long after I left the store! You just don’t get customer service like that (most places) anymore. Great fries…I mean the whole potatoes were RIGHT THERE!! Nice easy location off the highway too.

I decided to dine in with family. I usually get take out. They were not very crowded. I was greeted by the cashier. I viewed the menu overhead and placed my order. They have multiple sub types and prices are listed for each length. I moved down to the end of the counter to pay. They have fresh lemonade they make for you or give you a cup for the soda machine. They have plenty of booths to sit and eat. They delivered my Philly Cheesesteak and handcut fries to the table. Looked great. Hot and delicious. The workers came by and asked how we were and if we needed anything. Good customer service. I appreciate that. Will definitely dine in again.

Horrible horrible horrible! We pre-ordered our food online. It said pickup at 11:34, low and behold it is now 11:53- I had to wait in the never ending line (despite ordering online) just to be told I have another “2 minute” wait for the fries! Are you serious? This was supposed to be ready for pick up 20 minutes ago?!? Don’t waste your time, go to the other location, these knobs wont get your food for at least 25 minutes! Run!

Asked to have sub cut in half and rapped separately on call ahead order. Arrived and wasn’t done, asked to have it cut in half then he cuts right through the rapper in the sandwich. Definitely not acceptable, won’t be back.

Probably the cleanest PS in Cincy, although that’s a pretty low bar. Drink dispensers are wiped down and the tables and kitchen are clean, food is done fast and accurately and the people are friendly. Good food, clean place, fast service I wouldn’t ask for anything more.
