I came in at 9:20 pm. First I ordered a twelve piece. Then they said they only have an eight piece. Then I ordered kohl’s law and they said that was all gone. They were closing in forty minutes. They had mac and cheese so I took it. Got home, only had seven pieces of chicken when paid for an eight piece mill, and most of it was wings. Then the mac and cheese was totally burnt and dried. I wouldn’t even feed it to my Worst enemy.

Didn’t get what I ordered (I ordered tenders and got nuggets). Woman at window didn’t say a word to me other than, “here” and barely opened the window to hand me the food . The soda had no carbonation. Food was cold. I was the only person in the drive thru and no one inside. I wasn’t asked if I wanted sauce or condiments and there was no getting someone back to the window after they walked away. I gave up.

Never before have I felt pressure to apologize for deigning enter a drive thru line. A drive through interaction is supposed to be short, friendly, and result in you driving away and forgetting about the encounter. Employees were rude, ignorant, hateful. Doors are locked 24/7 while Employees kids are allowed in like it’s some kind of fast food daycare. This place needs to be shut down asap! Didn’t even bother placing my order. Corporate if you are reading these…. shut this place down!

Stopped here to pick up my lunch omw to work and spent $29 on food for me and my coworker. I made it to work and discovered I was given a party wing drummy instead of a leg, as you can see the drummy smaller than the biscuit. I called the store and was told she didn’t give me a drummy buti could come back to switch it out. I had to leave work and drive 15 minutes back to kfc. When I arrived I had to wait 12 minutes in the drive thru because the doors were locked. When I pulled up to the window she just passed me a box and walked away. The pics show the original drummy and the drumstick beside it. She could’ve offered a free meal or drink for my trouble. When I got back to work my time was up so i couldn’t eat, the food was cold anyway at that point. Horrible treatment toward a customer. No apology whatsoever.
