Such a great, unexpected find. The decor, the people, the menu, they all came together to create a nice dining experience. There were a lot of choices within the menu, highlighting any sort of Mexican cuisine you may be craving. My husband landed with street tacos. And me? Current eating has been extremely restricted, but I was able to grab some mac and cheese and fries. It felt wrong ordering this in such a place, but I was also happy to have an option while my husband enjoyed the Mexican cuisine. We recommend.

I want to love this place because it’s walking distance from my house and the interior is so beautiful. It’s super clean, the decor is gorgeous, and there’s outdoor seating, which is not easily found in this part of Toledo. Sadly, the food is terrible. I don’t know if it’s because they are catering to the local palate, but everything is bland, bland, bland, and this is not even close to authentic Mexican. We went once on a regular night and once for taco Tuesday. The tacos on the taco Tuesday menu are different from the regular menu and even worse than the menu ones. The margaritas are warm and watery and basically undrinkable. The people that work there are so sweet but they are much more interested in their phones than the customers. We even had a table of employees sitting next to us, on their phones, watching videos really loudly. I almost never complain about food and will often it something even if I don’t love it and I don’t think I’ve ever sent a cocktail back, but I didn’t eat my food or drink my margarita. We paid the full bill and let it go. Maybe it’s better when it’s busy or maybe they have new staff or something, but I doubt we’ll return. However, I’d be happy to try again if I hear of improvements.

We get seated and the table that screws onto the wall is falling off so it’s super slanted, the server sucked, the food wasn’t authentic at all barely got any steak with my fajitas, like 5 tiny pieces when we told them how the food was they just offered to remake the same nasty food! 10/10 do not recommend!!! There are way better authentic Mexican restaurants around Toledo!

We visit Mi Hacienda once a week for their lunch buffet ( even on Sundays). The food is always fresh and very tasty from the steak to the queso to the guac. The service is always friendly and attentive but not annoying. Their chips and salsa are the best I have had in this area. It is worth th drive to the one on Glanzman Road in Toledo!!!

My family and I got there at around 750ish last night and got seated. We ordered our drinks and about 10 minutes later ordered our food. An hour goes by and no one checks on us and we don’t get our food. Finally our server comes back over and says he either lost our order or it never got put in. How does this even happen??? No one checked on the food after 20-30 minutes??? And no compensation on the check either. We paid for drinks and left. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone wanting to wait less than 2 hours for food

Authentic mexican food. Huge menu great service. Gale was our server right on top of things. Never had to wait for anything. The tamales were the best i ever had. Huge portions as well. You won’t go hungry that’s for sure. Home made salsa great tasting. All the food was delicious.
