These past few times I’ve had to check my food before I left because they didn’t put enough sauce they just drizzled it including the order that I got today also some of the chicken seemed a bit raw. I don’t spend all this money for my family to eat to just have raw chicken that we can’t eat. Wing stop has a reputation and these new Cooks are ruining it. The only good worker there is Craig. Everytime i ask any other worker for help they always have an attitude. Whoever the owner is . Please fix this.

Been going to this location the past 1.5 years and food has been fine but recently the food quality seemed to have went down hill. Our boneless wings, tenders, and fries all came out darker than usual when we opened the boxes when we got home. Both my wife and i thought the same thing. Bit into the chicken and it was a lot of breading and over fried. Seems that they used older oil even when it was for lunch.

This is the worst wing stop. They never get your order right. Short you on the wing count. The wait is at least 20 longer than told when ordering. Came in back in July had horrible service, thought I would give them another try, I was wrong. Still horrible service, manager was very rude. I will be going to Epic Wings from now on. Don’t waste your money on this particular establishment people.

every time i do go there, i am satisfied. my wings are almost always sauced and tossed correctly, they are hot, and the fries are always good as well. the cashier, a tall man with glasses whom i believe his name is craig, is very nice and every time i come in he always greets me warmly. he always makes sure to let the customers know that if they need assistance they can always ask him, a very delightful worker. my one problem with wing stop is that almost every time i order there, i always get one weird wing. today i ordered and it was some of the best i have ever had, but one of the wings were still a little frozen. so much so it was very difficult to bite down into, and the inside was cold. this didn’t really bother me much since mistakes happen, and i am not personally bothered by restaurants having prepackaged frozen food, but i just notice that this happens very often to me whether its a undercook wing or a wing that is complete fat and almost no meat. that is really my only complaint, other than that this wingstop is solid on its own, but the welcoming staff makes it much better :).
