It was time to try out the new Indian River Bar & Grill. We tried out the old establishment just once shortly before it closed and was not impressed. It is very different now. My husband and I decided for our first visit to try out the wings (Teriyaki, Parmesan Garlic and Honey Garlic) and the Poutine all of which were wonderful. No we couldn’t finish it all. Thus far they only have beer and wine, but that should be rectified as soon as their liquor license in approved. We actually ate at the deck bar (outside location closest to the actual restaurant building). Our server, Tia, was outstanding and made our visit very enjoyable. Kudos to this restaurant. We are looking forward to a second visit.

Stopped by while down here visiting. Really nice place! Granted, i was only on the back deck – great view of the river, wonderful breeze, nice dock too. They have totally remodeled the inside though i never saw it. They didn’t have enough tables on the deck but they are building new, as i speak. I did snag one. Multi level deck, with one table that juts out over the “cliff”… try to get that one! I had my usual when in Florida, which i do in order see how good the place is…a mahi sandwich, which was VERY good! Side of spicy coleslaw, which was pretty good. Started with the crab xtremer – also pretty good. They feature a selection of Playalinda Brewery beers – they are all good! Well, i tried 3. All in all, a great place to eat, drink, and watch the sunset on the wrong side!

Overall, an excellent experience. The PoBoy was awesome, very nice sized shrimp. The Mahi Sandwich was delicious and a generous portion, cooked just right for my guest. The shrimp appetizer was a 10. Fried green tomatoes were delicious. Drinks were fresh and perfectly brixed. The tea was freshly brewed! Hush Puppies were as good as anywhere on the planet.

Found a nice little spot on the water. The Bartender Daniel is Great and Outgoing. Thank you Daniel for making my first time there a memorable one. Great people,Great Staff and the food is very good. If your looking for a fun place come check it out. The Tiki Bar had a great view and who knows, you might see a Dolphin or two. It has plenty of seating outside and Amazing Views of the Kennedy Space Center. Perfect place to see a Launch. I will definitely be patronizing this place more often.

Great service and awesome food. Super clean and friendly atmosphere as well as an awesome outside bar area. Could drive past it a hundred times and never know how great it was. Definitely worth the stop.

We liked this place before and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere but could do without the large ants on the tiki tables. We will definitely be back for lunch when we’re out on the boat. I’m looking forward to music and happy hour. Katie our server was great! Stop in when you can.
