Yeah this place is great. You can’t tell me this fresh market Turkey ranch and bacon don’t look and in my opinion taste as good as advertised. Who else does this and gets you through the drive thru in time to get back and have plenty of time to enjoy the food on break. Y’all rock.

On1/5/23 my two friends and I went to the Columbus NE Arby’s, one of my friends attempted to walk up the handicap ramp and slipped and fell, hitting her head and getting several deep cuts on the back of her hand, which was bleeding badly. I went in the restroom with her to help her and my other friend went to the counter to tell the person who was in charge about what happened. He asked if our friend was okay and my friend told him she didn’t know. He went back in the kitchen area. We ordered and sat down and continued to try to stop the bleeding. I went to the register and asked the woman taking orders if we could have some band aids. She went and told the man in charge then came back and said he went to look for the first aid kit. He apparently didn’t know where it was because he was gone for several minutes. When he finally came back he threw a couple of band aids on the counter, said only “Here” then went back in the kitchen without even looking at me. He didn’t ask me how my friend was and he never came to our table to find out what happened or how badly my friend was hurt. That kind of attitude and indifference from the person in charge is unacceptable.
