The guy at the counter got my order wrong when I ordered take out. Then, I got home and the sandwiches weren’t even close to how I wanted them. Ate them anyway. Didn’t call back to complain. Won’t be back to that Firehouse. Staff seems VERY LAZY. I asked for the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on the side with the mayo and mustard and he only gave me 1 pack of each for 3 sandwiches. I paid 40.00. Give me more than 1 pack of mayo and 1 pack of mustard. Won’t go back to that one….

I arrived at this location on July 24th @ & 7:40 & the custom service and work ethic was PATHETIC. The young women that took our order showed 0 enthusiasm or personality. She turned her back on us & we waited 2 minutes for her to greet or acknowledge us when she saw us walk in. We ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 30 minutes. There was no line when we arrived & 3 people seated. Now, they did have a few online orders, however, no one was in a hurry to get anything accomplished. If you’re backed up but I see that you are giving 100% and trying your best, then you deserve some understanding & compassion. I did not see that at all & there was no communication on wait times or order overloads. From the looks of the reviews, customer service and work ethic has been lacking a lot and it seems nothing has been done.

This is the slowest food place I have ever been too. We ordered ahead of time and still sat for 34 minutes. A total of 56 minutes from ordering on the website. The first time I ordered from here, it was just me and one other person in there waiting on our food and it still took 25 minutes. I‘ve worked many different fast food jobs & I have never experienced service THIS slow. I don’t understand it. Actually ridiculous.

1 star, only because that’s the lowest rating possible. Wife and grandson purchased two foot-long steak subs there and when they got home there was only one thin slice of meat (mostly gristle and fat) on each. Went back today and encountered the same two employees with attitudes. Wife asked for one replacement sandwich for free, which she got. Took over 20-minutes to make. only one other customer in store.

I visited our local Firehouse Subs on a Friday afternoon around 1pm. As I walked through the front door I was greeted with the smell of freshly baked cookies sitting on the counter. I looked around and saw an immaculate dining area and two employees engaging in a playful banter behind the counter (it’s so great to see you guys enjoy your job!) it was a welcoming sight and I felt at ease. Thank you guys. I ordered a Large Hook and Ladder and a Medium Turkey bacon Ranch. As I waited, HGtv played on one end of the room while ESPN played on the other. How thoughtful of you Firehouse! The subs were ready within minutes (10 minutes max) and packaged to go. I got home and OHMAHGAWD these were the most delicious sandwiches I’ve had in a very long time. I’ve attached photos of my experience today. If you have a hankering for a hearty meal that also benefits a great cause, head on over to Firehouse Subs. I’m sure you’ll be thinking about your order for the N E X T time you visit!!

Employees had an attitude when I ask would they eat this sandwich bc it was made with 2 bottom bread. An look alike it was broke off on corner. Ate here before never had this problem before. Customer service was horrible today.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION. DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO THE ONE BY DEERBROOK MALL. If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID THIS LOCATION. the employees will ignore you while you stand and wait to have your order taken. They also are incredibly rude not only to customer but to each other (?!?!). It Takes over 30 min to receive an order any time of the day. Until staff changes or the franchisee reaches out to me I will not remove this review.

The food here is really good. The service is pretty good as well. The only problem is Price. I bought a sandwich for $20+ and couldn’t believe the price I was being charged. I understand the cause and I understand how business works, but I don’t understand why it’s so expensive.
