I was at holy smokes bqq on August the 26th at 12:30pm we ordered a baked potato with only cheese, sour cream, and butter when I received my potato it had meat and bacon bites on it which it was not supposed to have and then we were charged for extra sauce after we had already paid for extra sauce.

Clean and friendly. The BBQ smell, as you walk in, is amazing. Pork stuffed potato was delicious (and huge). Lots of meat. And the spicy BBQ sauce is now my absolute favorite.

Loved trying the BBQ Mac Sandwich Plate with Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Unsweet Tea, & Lemon Icebox Pie for my taste of my experience & it’s all good & I happen to know Bart since Hartselle City School years that has been more than 20 years & we both graduated from Hartselle High School in 2006 & it’s nearly 20 years for the next 3 years & may have a 20th year reunion in 2026.

Very friendly service. The dining room was closed, but the drive-through was open. Wings are smoked and delicious, and the onion rings are on point. Not so great that I’d go out of my way to eat here but wouldn’t be against it if I was close.

Picked up dinner for the family. Hands down the worst BBQ I have ever had. The meat had no flavor, the blue box mac n cheese is better than what this place serves, baked beans tasted like they were baked 3 weeks ago and the green beans tasted like they had 3 week old pork in them. The only good thing that came from the dinner was the slaw and funnel cake fries. At least the dogs were able to enjoy a $50 take out meal. Never again worst BBQ ever.
