On Wednesday evening I had a slight issue with a pizza that was ordered. The following morning, I called Fox’s and spoke with the General Manager, Jenny. She was very professional as well as compassionate about rectififying the issue immediately. Jenny and her staff not only made a bad situation better, but each of them exceeded my expectations!!!! My wife was very grateful with the outcome, and we all know what they say, “Happy wife, happy life.”

I have been a customer to Fox’s Pizza in Columbia MS for years. I had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru for an order I placed online. So I go inside no one sees me waiting. So finally they bring my order. I asked for my drink the General Manager slams the cup on the table. I asked are you going to fixit.(I’ve never been inside so I didn’t know you can fix it yourself). The General then yells at me saying you can fix it yourself we are busy!!!!! The other associate said something to the General Manager she then begins to curse saying I ain’t fixing her a dam thing! Bye Fox’s you just lost a faithful customer.

Order sandwiches (roast beef & steak ) and when we got home with the sandwiches, there was hardly no meat on them. It was just veggies & crumbles of bacon on them. So I called to let them know and I was told more or less that couldn’t of happened. We couldn’t even tell you which sandwich was what because of the lack of meat on them. The good thing was we got two other sandwiches that were cold cuts and we were able to eat them. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, I just wanted to let them know.

This place has been an absolute joke for the last year or more. They used to have the BEST young people working here. We walked in at 8:40pm (they close at 9) and one of the workers acted like it was the end of the world. She rolled her head back and rolled her eyes multiple times. She was loudly talking about how mad she was that we just walked in. We left and will not be back. If you want to close at 8 then close at 8. Don’t treat the customers who walk in during business hours like they are an inconvenience…

We came to Columbia to see the Christmas lights/nativity downtown, and decided on Fox’s beforehand. We arrived and placed our order for ONE PIZZA at 5:15. Others came in after us and received their orders within 20-30 minutes. We were still waiting at 6:10 (they closed at 6 due to the holiday). During this time, no one checked on us or our food. Once I walked to the front counter and asked how much longer it’d be, the girl went to the back to check on our order. The lady in the back loudly laughed, stated she had misplaced it, said she didn’t see what the big deal was because it’d still be hot. The pizza was definitely not hot. We were very disappointed to arrive to town almost two hours early and then have to eat in our vehicle on the way downtown so we didn’t miss the show at 7.

Food was great, service was sloooow. They were not busy, waited too long for our food. One person ordered a salad as a meal, had to go ask them to make it after everyone else’s food was served. Waitress was in the back eating when I went to ask for our missing food.

Their pizza is delicious! The wait wasn’t but 15 -20 minutes from us calling in the order, to walking out with several items. The cheese sticks we got for free for joining their text group, and they were great as well. We order them often, so getting them for free one time was awesome My Mother and spouse like the wedges and the Philly, my teenagers and I love the pizza. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Only complaint is that it takes them a pretty good while to answer the phone when trying to place your order. You have to call in several times, for up to 30 minutes or more sometimes to be able to order. Other than that, great place to eat pizza that doesn’t taste like any of the others.
