Ordered a cheesesteak it was good/average. The French fries are fresh cut and I really enjoyed them. We also ordered a chicken caesar wrap, they forgot to put the lettuce on. The fresh squeezed lemonade has a dish soap taste to it. I didn’t start drinking it until I left otherwise I would have said something. Overall the customer service was good except the young man at the register, he was more interested in watching football than ringing people up.

Following an incoming thunderstorm, I decided to check their closing time and make the drive over. Upon pulling in to the store I noticed it was dark. I tried the door and it was locked. I witnessed some lights on inside and people moving about. I checked the time and their hours on the door, and they were closed a good 30min prior to their operating hours. This was disheartening and I took it as a sign that another penn station was nearby. I called the other store and they answered. The associate invited me right over.

Huge improvement with their team! Prior visits left mich to be desired (grumpy and seemed like they hate their jobs). This new team is super observant, greets guests instantly, great teamwork, and attention to details! Way to go guys!!!

The woman helping take our order was very friendly. She left out an order for a large fry, but the manager saved the day and got my ravenous kiddos some fresh fries to make up for it. Clearly, service has improved here in recent years and the food is still as good as I remember. I love the dagwoods–ham and turkey lightly grilled with onions, tomatoes, mayo, salt and pepper and don’t forget the banana peppers!

My boyfriend just got us food there his is fine mine isn’t at all I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub extra chicken onions and mushrooms they put no extra chicken at all no mushrooms or onions that’s not what was ordered they gave me a sub with just chicken and sauce almost 30$ and you still can’t get the order right
