Half of the time I’m missing items and have to return to get them. When returning to pick up missing items many times I have been questioned about the missing items and made to feel like I’m responsible for the items missing. And having heard employee say under their breath “probably already ate it yourself”. Not impressed with this location! Wish there was another location in town that’s for sure.

Long John Silvers is one of our favorite fish restaurants. The fish is mellow, no “fishy smell” the batter is just right, not to thin or thick. Their coleslaw is really good but I like the green beans cooked with onion. The fries are not bad but not my favorite side dish. I like the vinegar and tarter sauce that they serve. Husband loves the hush puppys and will stop and get them as a snack.

Always great food and service. They have raised their prices a bit, but with the coupons they mail out, it is pretty reasonable. Their to-go containers have been inconsistent lately, so sometimes I feel like I get smaller portions on the sides. The interior of the building definitely needs to be updated and due for a deep clean.

Waited a long time for someone to answer the drive thru to order. Food was nasty tasted like old oil. Service was poor lady acted like it was a chore for us to come thru the line. Did not greet us at the window just ask if we needed anything else and handed us our order not even have a good afternoon.

Food is great and staff is normally very nice. .. However becareful and only pay with cash. I just ordered a 14 peice fish meal. When i arrived the worker told me the order had been voided.. So i had to re order. So i ordered a 16 peice fish meal. As i wanted a few more fish.

Had to add a star or they wouldn’t let me write anything because 1 Star is way more than deserved . Food was over cooked or recooked I didn’t eat it . We didn’t get any of the crunchy droppings that all other Long John Silver’s give us . The benches were so sticky you stuck to them and the lady said no matter what we do they are always sticky they won’t come clean , that’s this time . The last time we were there was 2 years ago and the breading was filled with burnt black pieces of crunchy droppings and we said we weren’t going back but had forgotten . We won’t forget again that’s for sure .

I came through the drive thru I ordered 2 meals but really only got 1 I ordered the 2 fish 3 chicken platter and the 3 chicken platter I got 2 fish in one tray and 3 chicken in the other and was charged 27 dollars..then I tried to call and no one answers just some recording saying they are busy and try your call again..I WAS ROBBED
