don’t know what has happened to this chain. got there when they opened, and NOT A SINGLE TABLE WAS CLEAN. after cleaning our own table and eating, 30 minutes later not a single person still had taken the effort to clean a table. the person that took our order wasn’t friendly, but that’s a side note. how does a place that serves food not have a clean table right when they open or even 30 minutes later?!?

Awful experience took forever to get food. When food got to the table it was cold and mushy. I didn’t know it was that hard to make Mac and cheese my 8 year old cousin can make it better than that. Do not recommend walking through the front doors of this establishment.

Don’t plan on getting a clean welcome environment. Came in one hour before closing. If I would have known not to come in I would have gone to a more friendly location. I can now understand why everyone else who came in had to go orders. The chairs were put up at 8:04pm the floor is a mess. I ordered the chicken noodle soup as a side with my Macaroni and cheese. Only one working soda machine the other working machine was out of Dr. Pepper. 8:25pm they took the tray the holds the drinks out of the machines. The chicken in the chicken noodle soup was hard and not fresh. A bit rough exterior. Felt very rushed. I’m not against them getting the place ready to close but everything has a time to be done. It takes 5 minutes to put the chairs up, one minute to empty the trays to the soda machines. You can get the lobby cleaned in 10 minutes. We should have taken the hint when the door on right side was locked. Sorry for even coming in.

I can understand being busy, but you could at least acknowledge the customer as they are waiting. When the food was brought to the table the gentleman did thank us for being patient and that we made his day. The food was good, hot, made correctly and delicious. It came out quickly. The restaurant was clean, but the order numbers were left on the table and not recollected. The freestyle coke machine was out of a lot of options which was disappointing. Overall not bad and will come back.

The customer service alone was above and beyond. I placed an online order and the staff noticed we sat awhile and checked up on us to make sure we received our orders. Clean bathrooms, gender neutral.
