We are a new food truck in Sarasota. We serve Cuban, Peruvian, and American cuisines.
Cuban: Congri with Plantains and Chicken or Pork
Peruvian: Papa a la Huancaina, Salchipapa, Ceviche, and Leche de Tigre.
American: Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Bacon Burgers, Bacon Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Cheese Dogs, Bacon Dog, and French Fries.
We will be adding many items in the future. Let us know what you would like to see that comes from any of these countries.
