This LaBelle Florida store is the worst location in existence. I used to get food there regularly. Then they decided to stop delivering to my house (3.5 miles away). I’ve tried several times to order take out and I get so frustrated just trying to order I give up. Told the person I want a large meat lovers stuffed crust… he excused himself five times after attempting to enter the order incorrectly five times. I literally says never mind I’ll go somewhere else.

The staff is is friendly and went above and beyond to provide their services! Told me it would be a couple more min on my order due to a misunderstanding and they could have just sent Me and my way like most places would have with not the correct order but someone spoke up and heard me ask my daughter simple question cheese sticks or bread..haha she heard her answer and made her very happy! I ordered with time ahead to make sure my mom had something before going to work, we don’t order often but I’ve had a long day and just wanted to order something. The estimated delivery time was half an hour. I give or take an hour with that just in case, an hour passes by and nothing. I decided to call just to see, unfortunately I was told my food is just “sitting there” since they only have one delivery driver… and he was still about 20 min out before heading back to pick up my order… she was super nice but the wait time and estimated time online is ridiculous. For sure now my mom won’t have anything before heading to work, time to make something quick!

This place is incompetent. There rude. They need to get educated on how to service people the right way. Especially if I decide to spend my hard earned money in this place. I would rather give it to someone who appreciates it. That’s why we shouldn’t pick these uneducated people to be a manager at food service. When most of them cant even run their own houses. It’s only a paycheck to them. No passion at all. I will take my pizza business to sal cals that shows loyalty and kindness

This place is the most incompetent people I have ever seen in my life. They mess up your order and charge you 20.00 for a pepperoni pizza. Then offer you a little bit of credit which is fine of course. But then loose your credit. And want to offer you a small discount. How about just give me what I pay for . I work in the food industry and I would never do a customer the way yall do. I wish Domino’s would take your place.. I will take sal calls over you anyday

Mind was blown…I ordered pizza with extra toppings and they said ok 45 minutes. I thought yeah ok ( I live 15 miles away) sure enough exactly 32 minutes from the time I hung up they were in my driveway!!! Pizza was so hot we couldn’t eat it! I will go with them from here on out!!!! I checked my phone to see what time I called. I’m definitely not that type to time them, I was just so shocked of how fast it was I wanted to see
