If I could give zero stars I would! I love Churches chicken, but EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO THERE THEY ARE OUT OF CHICKEN! The person who does the drive thru is CONSISTANTLY RUDE. When you ask them how long it will be for chicken to cook instead of just telling you they say “Well we have to bread it then cook it blah blah blah and it will be 15 minutes. It sure doesn’t sound like you wanna sell chicken when you say it like that. In fact it seems like they’re trying to DISCOURAGE YOU FROM BUYING CHICKEN! AND THEN….IF YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL WAIT…THEY’RE REALLY NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT! We just came from there…the lady in the drive thru practically threw the drinks through the window. She didn’t even make eye contact and told us to pull up. NO PLEASE, THANK YOU , OR YOU’RE WELCOME!

After leaving the Granite City High School from a sporting event, we wanted some Church’s chicken since we were from out of town. The restuarant door was locked 15 minutes before the posted hours of operations with closing time of 10:00 PM. There was even chicken on the racks and the three workers just looked at us while one was laughing. Sorry that I didn’t take their picture to post. Arby’s staff were wonderful and even told us we could eat in even though they closed at 10:00 PM.

Third time there in the last month. Jonathon was very polite as he acknowledged I was at the counter before taking my order. Last time I was there, Angel waited on me and was a delight to deal with as well. The food I received was fresh and delicious on all the visits. Will be returning to this location again. Thanks.

All I have to say is honey biscuits. The manager was to nice. She ask me politely if I mind to wait for some fresh biscuits she didn’t want to give me any old ones. I respect the fact that she cared about the quality of the food she was sending out. Thank you for that. Her name is Tina go check her out. Love this woman

Went to the Granite City Church’s Chicken today to order the Spicy Chicken. We were told they were out, and it would be a 15 minute wait because they had to drop it. We asked if they would drop it, and we would be right back because my wife likes Lee’s Chicken, and I like Church’s Chicken. They said YES. So we left, and went to Lee’s Chicken.

I love their chicken, but it’s just not worth going there anymore. Slow service, rude employees and no accuracy. I ordered an 8 piece meal last night and only got 5 pieces of chicken. They might want to consider hiring employees that can count. Didn’t even go back to complain because I didn’t want to deal with the employees again. I did send a comment to the corporate office and they have not responded. With several other chicken places in the area, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

We did an online order. They didnt have anything together when we got there. Their number doesn’t work. We go home to realize they didnt give us our biscuits. We waited as long as it would have been if we ordered in line. I understand with the pandemic but they didnt even know our order when we got there. My husband was mad about the biscuits because we live in Glen Carbon and drove to Granite City. We couldnt even contact them about it because of their number not working.

They are always out of something. Last time they told me a 10min wait for the chicken. Took 15 min to get to the window where they said it’s an 8min wait for the green beans. Finally got my order and went home. Had 1/3 an order of cold green beans and mashed potatoe container was filled with nothing but gravy. Manager made it right with free chicken. Totally out of green beans. Even though it was made right, I’ve had nothing but problems with this Granite City location.
