Came to Dunkin before work to buy a sandwich wrap for my lunch only to get back and find out they cut my sausage in half and put it at the edge of the wrap to appear like a full sausage. Make sure you check your sandwiches lol

Zero customer service. Don’t walk in if you want to be ignored. Came inside to order, although the staff noticed us waiting at the counter I still waited about 5 min to even be acknowledged. The staff was only concerned with the drive thru customers. They definitely need to be properly trained. After putting in our order a man that was behind me in line ended up walking out after being ignored.

I used to come here everyday but ever since they hired these new kids the coffee tastes like water with creamer. I’ve given it multiple chances but one time I even drove back to return it because it’s just not drinkable. Guess I’ll have to drive 20 minutes to any other dunkin until they finally learn how to train someone to make a drinkable coffee. TERRIBLE JUST AVOID THIS LOCATION

This is one of the worst Dunkins I’ve been to. I placed my order through the mobile app and when I went to go pick it up the workers told me they couldn’t find the order and couldn’t give me what I payed for. I showed them my receipt which showed I payed, the location I placed it in and they still refused to give me my items. I tried speaking to a manager but she avoid speaking to me and had someone else speak to me. Terrible customer service. Not coming here again.

They’ve been terrible the past few months, from constantly forgetting to put skim milk on my iced coffee to asking them to put skim milk and defending that milk is in there when it clearly isn’t. This picture from this morning takes it – a hot coffee when the label explicitly says iced coffee

Their ovens were down and we went there for their new stuffed Bagels so we were disappointed. The young man at the drive-thru window needs to improve his demeanor as he seemed very unhappy to be there. The woman taking the order at least was nice.
