Always have a positive experience at this Panda. I work nearby, so I frequent this location often. Food quality is highest of all Panda’s at this location. Staff friendliness is regular, but they don’t go out of their way to upset you.

I usually love this Panda Express for its service and fresh food fast food. But this time around was simply terrible. I decided to order via drive thru and I ordered 2 plates and one bowl for my family. The man said there would be a 10 minute wait for the chicken so I got something without it. I get home with the food and the entire order is completely incorrect. One of the plates had noodles when I specifically said only the bowl needs noodles. My brother also found TWO extremely long piece of hair in his food which is beyond disgusting. They also don’t answer their phone which shows how bad the service has gotten. Overall it was a terrible experience and I probably won’t come back to this location anymore.

3.7 stars is . It’s tough to give them 1 star. How do you run a restaurant without food? Do you have orange chicken? No. Ok! How about Teriyaki? No. What do u have? Mushrooms. It’s only 7:45 pm. Well we are not making anything else. OK!!! Then way are you open. Who’s the GM of this place? Does the owner know that this place doesn’t want to serve food. Can they hurry up and go out of business, so somebody else can take over this great location and serve some decent food.

I ordered my food from Uber. I specifically called into to this branch to notify them that I needed extra sauce for chicken. When my food showed up there was no sauce at all. I will not be purchasing from this branch again.

I can’t believe on a Monday night at 6 pm and they’re are out of almost everything, no fresh greens, no kung pao chicken, no green bean chicken , no orange chicken and no teriyaki chicken. That’s half of their entree items, I had to wait over 1/2 hours for them to make it and they said they were out of chicken to make more teriyaki chicken. That impossible, they just didn’t want to make any more, it just take longer to grill. This place needs better management. Next dinner time Golden Chopsticks or something else, those guys cooks everything per order and they still makes everything in about 10 -15 minutes.

We were there last Thursday, and they were out of pepper chicken. I asked for pepper steak, my goodness, 80 percent broccoli, 20 percent steak, and I told the server never mind ordered orange chicken. I will never go back to this location
