Put in an order at 6:16pm, and the app said it would arrive between 42 and 56 minutes. When we called well after an hour to find out where the pizza was, we were told “it will be another 10 minutes”. Another half hour+ passed. We called again, and it finally arrived after a total of over 2 hours. The manager lied about the timing — we would have cancelled if we knew they were having problems. Palo Alto has much better alternatives. Dominos may have a nice ordering app, but the actual service, and product, is still the lowest common denominator. We can all do much better – let’s patronize the places in Palo Alto that are putting in the effort. Not Dominos. 🙁

I’m sorry. Twice I asked for address. The first time, they forgot the soda. The second time, I ordered a 14″ pizza, half vegetarian, half extra pepperoni! Well, they sent me one half that was indeed vegetarian and the other half without anything! Without anything! There was not a single pepperoni.

One of the most bizarre food experiences in my life. My nephew orders a medium pepperoni pizza for delivery at a cost of around $7. I stopped in to pick up a medium pepperoni pizza to go and the guy at the counter said it will cost $18……..what is going on? AND the quality is really marginal. Their business model is warped, needless to say I will never order from them again. I gave them 1 star, but see update.

Very nice sir that attended to us. We order the pizza 10 minutes before they close and I thought they would reject to do it but he even brought the pizza in the car for us. The pizza was fresh and he made very fast actually. Made my night because I was coming from the ER very sad and hungry, but this made me happy. Happy to give 5 stars.

We had a horrible experience. Ordered a giant pizza to be delivered, online. Left instructions to call upon arrival so my spouse could meet outside. Was advised it would be ready for delivery in about 35 minutes.
