Sometimes, when I order, they they forgot to add the toppings I asked for case in point of the pizza in the picture I asked for sausage to be added onto it and I only got pepperoni but it still tastes great. The pizza is always hot and fresh when I get them and their delivery time is always excellent.

Cindy and her coworker the cook, whose name unfortunately I didn’t get, we’re both fantastic. Even having to work on a gloomy Memorial Day like this they were both positive and energetic. Also, when I came back from the donut shop and told Cindy that all their good Donuts were now gone she offered me 1 of hers that she got from a dozen earlier that day! That really made my day, it’s so great to meet Sweet people like that. Thank you very much Cindy and I hope that you and the rest of the staff have a great Memorial Day

Tonight we had an issue with the online platform. We order from here all the time. We have rewards as well. Usually it’s easy to order online. This time it had a lot of glitches and wouldn’t put all of our deals or rewards through. We called and got Javier. He was a godsend! Super helpful and walked us through it over the phone. It was tedious and frustrating but he was super patient. He looked us up and saw that we are regulars so he honored the deal. Such outstanding customer service. Very kind. Plus, our food always arrives HOT. So thank you Javier for helping make our night! 🙂

I order pizza every Friday for my son. I ordered a LG pepperoni pizza with stuff crust and granted it was on time. But the crust was burnt with big blk brunt marks all over. I called my local Pizza hut to get a new pizza and the manager just kept asking are you able to eat it. Then stated since it was online he wasn’t going to remake it. It was the worst.

I love PH, but their thin crust pizza definitely lacks sauce. Very dry and boring. Next time I order, I will request extra sauce but hopefully they won’t charge extra because it’s pretty much nonexistent compared to their hand-tossed pizzas. Hand tossed pizzas are 4 stars!

I was never a pizza hut fan, even as a child. But hey! I’m a privileged white guy who has had an opportunity to enjoy some of the harder hardships the rest of my family never really thought about. This pizza hut franchise is a part of the restaurant meals program for CalFresh which means that while I have taken up residence a few times now over the past decade at Balboa Park and Morley Field, I have the comfort knowing that I can buy a pizza or two for less than 7-Eleven charges and know I’m not eating straight up thawed out frozen pizza, and I have more options as well. The team is friendly and moreover the guys running the register know what to do whenever I pull out that EBT card. And you can pre-order preparing for the longer than usual walk than just hopping in the car for carryout. To my understanding they’ll even do delivery with your EBT info so long as you can provide it on request at one of their predetermined drop-off points, but you have to cash out the delivery fee and tip. Maybe once I no longer have a need for public assistance, I’ll use the last months allowance and get my fellow park lodgers and throw a pizza party for them. Because as much as I’ve helped anyone who’s asked for it, to the best of my ability and within the means I have at that moment, I know the struggles now that I’ve lived them, and resources go fast and are easily removed by those who wanted or needed them more, park officials doing their job and peace officers going above and beyond their duty, seeing less of the humanity and more corralling us to the shelters even during viral and bacterial outbreaks spreading the disease. But hunger, hunger here amongst the homeless is far less than it was 10 years ago, heck housing isn’t what it was 5 years ago. But that’s for some other review…Pizza hut on Texas Street and University Ave Restaurant meals program for the homeless and elderly, it’s not just a lifesaver, it’s an increase in my quality of life.

Ordered from this location bc it was 1.6 miles away from our hotel. Hoping for great, hot pizza and sticks. Got a text alert that the order was on its way…over 20 minutes later, we called the store. The main reason I’m leaving this review is that the manager that answered was rude when we asked about the delay. A slightly warm pizza showed up shortly after the phone call. Disappointment all around. We tip super generously – sadly this wasn’t worth the 30%
