Tina’s Restaurant opened in October 1991 as one of the first fine dining restaurants in Dundee. Over the years it has become a familial business and a classic staple of Willamette Valley wine country. Owners Michael & Dawn Stiller have taken Tina’s to new heights, and strive to continue to offer quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.
Blessed with the varied bounty of the region, Tina’s makes great effort to use locally sourced ingredients, and embrace seasonal trends. We believe in sustainability, and responsible use of the land that brings us such a beautiful palette of flavors.

We started our night with cocktails and fried local oysters. The cocktails were perfectly balanced came promptly. The oysters were perfectly fine, we chose gluten free and the sauce was great, not overwhelming but a perfect compliment to the oysters. Service is extremely prompt in and courteous. We had the duck and beef as our main course dishes. Both were done excellently. The beef was melt in your mouth cooked medium rare. The duck was excellent as well, tender moist and the sauce was an excellent compliment. The flour less chocolate cake was well portioned for sharing at the end of a well rounded meal.

We had the fried oysters which were amazing. They were the perfect amount of crisp and melted In Your mouth. The soup of the day was a sunchoke soup which was creamy. It was yummy but I would have loved just 1 crack of salt on it for contrast- so I added it myself. No biggie. But it was still amazing and I would have it again. For cocktails I tried the Stockholm and it was just okay. However the house margarita was one of the best margaritas I have had. It was so flavorful with the perfect twist of lemon lime. It was a quiet low lite romantic atmosphere.

Wow! This was in the top 5 best eating experiences I’ve ever had. The food, the wine, the service, all of it was superb. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely be going back. I had the lamb which was so delicious, but I was also pretty jealous of my partner’s salmon.

Definitely overpriced, even for “fine dining”. Expect to spend $50-70 a plate for small portions. Food was good. Service was good. I’m not a vegetarian, but not many options if you are one. Decent atmosphere. A little to pricey and left a bit too hungry to visit on any sort of regular basis.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary at Tina’s. The food was delicious and very fresh. I had the scallops for entrée and crème brûlée for dessert. The owner and the servers made everyone feels very special.
