I ordered here online a few weeks ago, the pizza top was completely destroyed. I was going to give them another chance and ordered last night through their website and they charged my card, then the delivery prompt requested cash upon delivery. I did not want to pay for the same pizza twice so I called the dominos and they said it was too late and I needed cash when the driver got here. The manager was rude and didn’t help at all. I called DoorDash and they said the same thing so I tried to cancel it and they said it was too late because dominos gave the driver the food already. TWO HOURS LATER they said I should cancel the order. Long story short i will never order from here again.

Gave this place another chance and it was horrible. Pizza was undercooked….literally underdone dough in the center of the pizza. Keep in mind I ordered it well done. Also asked for honey chipotle on the wings and they just put what seems to be buffalo which I’m not fond off. They don’t update the tracker on the app so expect a random call when ur order gets to you even though the tracker is stuck on “making”. One of the worst food ordering experiences I’ve had, never again.

I love Papa John’s, but the order I got here was completely wrong. I reached out to corporate about it twice and never heard back. One pizza was completely the wrong pizza, the 2nd pizza had a big hole in the middle, and my breadsticks were wrong. I honestly have never had such a subpar experience at Papa John’s and for sure won’t be returning to this location. Luckily, I live right between three locations so I can go to a good one. Though, the lack of response has left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally metaphorically.

Pizza was OK. Boneless chicken that is supposed to be covered in hot lemon pepper sauce barely had any drizzled on it. Try harder, or at least try at all next time.

Now that they got rid of the unhinged manager i went back to ordering their pizza again. The pizza got smaller seems like what used to a large is now the size of a meduim. They make a lot of mistakes here if u customize it ir add toppings. I dont like the crust as much as pizza huts but i like the taste of the toppings n they do add more toppings too. I come bak becuz they do make up fir their mustakes accept for that time i had to deal w the unhinged manager in person… crazee
