My grandson has sensory issues with food so he only eats a few items & they have to be “the same”. We order so frequently because the pizzas are always consistent. Sometimes I can’t get out and get only one medium pizza delivered. Always with a smile. They are amazing & they really help my little man eat the food he loves. I just want to shout out to this whole team because they’re all awesome in my opinion. Ty for all your hard work & keeping the pickiest eater on the planet VERY happy!!!

The last 3-4 times we used dominos they went to the wrong address l, I called and talked with the manager who seemed not to really care that this has happened so many times back to back. Just wanted to get me off the phone. Each time the pizza was cold due to address being about 10-15 minutes from my home.

I placed my order online, I got everything I asked for, pizza was hot when it got here and the driver was very polite! I ordered at 5:35PM and it got to us at 6:22PM, within the hour is alright which is why I gave 4-Stars but overall, the site was informative, had plenty of options, I am satisfied with my experience at this location for online delivery! I have no photos at this time because we ate it as soon as it came in haha!

The toppings and crust are often wrong. I ordered 2 pizzas was missing 1 topping from the cheesesteak pizza and the other was a pan pizza with extra mushrooms that was on regular crust and had no mushrooms.

They put me on hold instead of picking up the phone when I called to cancel my order because the delivery time frame had reached 1hr and 45 minutes and I still had not gotten my order. I called back from my work phone and asked for a refund. I had to physically go into the store after waiting multiple days for my refund to show. I’ll just make pizza at home from now on.

Ms Nicole went over above & beyond to get my pizza together, yessssss ordered online & wanted Brooklyn style crust, didn’t know that when u order a medium online it automatically gives u the default crust (pan). Ordered pizza at 6:45pm, at 8:00pm the female manager on the phone told me the person who took my order “lied” about the 30-45min delivery time. They took down the wrong address after I confirmed it THREE times. She was snippy and glib, wholly unhelpful.

Not my only problem with this location. This time my Buffalo wings came with no sauce at all. I understand if they were out of sauce but why wouldn’t they contact me to substitute? Everytime I’ve ordered wings from here my wings seem to have less and less sauce, a topping is missing on my pizza or looks as if it was added after it should have been cooked. Once we didn’t get our order till 2 hours after ordering with no phone call for the delay. After trying to call the store there was no answer. I understand if they are busy, I understand if they are out of certain items however this is getting ridiculous. There’s multiple complaints about this location too.

Last three times I have ordered here they have not put the toppings on the pizza requested. First time they didn’t have ham on the pizza, second time they didn’t give me my 2-liter of Dr. Pepper and didn’t put onions on either of the pizzas, and third time now that I’m writing this review no mushrooms on the pizza when I even asked for extra… can’t get the store to answer the phone tried that and waited 35 minutes before I decided to hang up. Can’t reached corporate either! Really disappointed I deserve my money back for all of these mess ups!

This was the absolute worst experience with Dominos I’ve ever had. We waited 3 hours for our pizza. I tried calling the store multiple times but no one picked up. I couldn’t cancel my order and I wasn’t able to get my money back. When the pizza did finally come, it was 9 PM, COLD, and there was a hair on it. I will NEVER order from here again. Don’t waste you time or money. This place is not managed and they do not respect their customers enough to even pick up the phone. Never again.
