It’s kind of hit or miss when you go in. Manager is very sweet & talkative. Most of the times in the evening the teenagers do not speak. Not even to say, Welcome to Subway! The barely even look up when you attempt to make convo with them. We always get a certain amount on our subs. It seems the portions have gotten smaller compared to the price you pay. We always end up spending abt 40 bucks or more. Not really worth it the majority of the time unless the manager is fixing it.

Food was cold when asked to be heated, way too much sauce, and overall gross. The kids working there are barely old enough to drive, nevertheless run a clean and healthy restaurant. When I go in and there’s adults, my food is good, but the kids? Can’t do a think correctly

Paid extra for extra meat ($2) and the fresh mozzarella($3), got the normal amount of meat and normal mozzarella, the other sandwhich we ordered didn’t come with the bacon on it like it was supposed to.

We always have a good experience here, but tonight I went with my children (one of them being a very picky 8 year old) and the 2 ladies working, I believe one was a manager, gave absolutely exceptional service. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my daughter had exactly what she wanted to eat, as well as made the rest of my order perfect. It was probably the best we’ve been treated at any food establishment. Very thankful this is our “home” subway!

Its a very nice and clean environment it’s the type of place that you wouldn’t mind sitting there eating your meal. It’s never real loud inside and the food is great plus if you need to do a little work and you can sit in there. This is coming from somebody that really doesn’t even like Sub sandwiches.

Came upon a Subway in Hayden and stopped in for the ultimate steak foot long sub. It had steak, red onions, green bell peppers, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and Chipotle sauce on jalapeno cheddar bread. It was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also got peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.
